Actually I'm facing another type of problem... When i connect the tv to power the red light which usually gets turned on for 2-3 second and then get off and then when press remote or that tiny button gets open.... But mine even after 2-3 seconds of connected to power doesn't get off it is stucked in between i don't what to do????

Hello all, Today i faced the same issue, The TV is switched on by remote but the other selections were not working. Then I connected the USB mouse and went to the remote settings and paired the remote with the tv. Then the issue was resolved. TV was working on a usb mouse as well ( without remote). I do not recommend purchasing a usb mouse, i have a mouse, so I tried a new way that's why I was sharing this comment.
