My Mi5A 43 inch TV came pre-installed with Android 11. How to update the Android version to Android 13? Also, I tried the above method to hard reset the TV, but I am not getting the menu and the TV is powering on as usual despite following all the above steps. If it is due to Android version 11?

Bro factory reset ke baad screen baar baar android logo pe stuck ho jaa rahi hai 9 ghante se tv on hai fir bhi on nahi ho rahi power button bhi kaam nahi kar raha. Main switch se bhi on off karke dekha but fir se wahi stuck ho gayi please help 😭😭

On my MI TV 4A Pro, Screen Off option was pressed and now TV is not returning to normal mode... It's always in Screen Off mode... Please help... I can't see anything on screen but sound is ok... I am sure it's not hardware problem
