sad. Always the minor shit messing up our runs. I remember in all of my good runs in 4U, I started in a shit location. Question: Which is worse: Starting out in a different zone like in 4u or the monster changes its starting position like in sunbreak

Hey Akantorex I had a question about the fire CB build you showed off in your short (thanks for that btw). I copied most of it except I switched out the Almudron helmet for hoplite helmet because I had a talisman with rapid morph 3 and a lvl 3 slot. I have all the same skills you said to have plus guard up but I still have 3 free lvl 2 slots and so my question is should I slot in crit boost 3 or crit element 3? Or should I maybe do lvl 2 of one of those skills and one lvl of crit eye so they proc a little more often? Also, if I want to make "comfy" builds for the other elements without using stuff like dereliction is it worth it running the kushala arm piece for water and ice CB and then working in Narwa and Ibushi pieces for Dragon and Thunder?

Spinning slash feels way too clunky for my tastes.

Am a new player, cb main, just had my first fight with camy and my god was he terrifying when I first saw him. Carted twice lol because of that swipe move that does a second proc of damage even after I cpp it... He then proceeds to combo me to death (still won but damn do I need more experience)

In your opinion, what is the single hardest quest in all of mh. Would it be a lvl140 mh4u gq?

So let me guess. Dereliction is basically Safijiva's set bonus skill on paper?

Half correct except what heal him after a set amount of hit is bloodlust skill.

Also he only gets half the bonus depending on which scroll he uses

I'd say I prefer Mail of Hellfire. I prefer being able to take chip damage from guards at the cost of a massive defense drop any day of the week

Only for speedrunning really. It's only really effectice if you can play on the level of these people. Otherwise, you either have to slot in blood rite, which will result in a damage loss compared to a pure dps build, or you have to heal up yourself, which will cost you damage aswell.

I think he mentioned on a Twitch stream once that since he couldn't be active on it, and the whole purpose of the server was for us to interact with him directly, he wanted to shut it down until he can be active again.

Charge blade is so pitiful these days. World ruined CB by nerfing AED and buffing SAED to the oblivion as you don't lose the red shield. It went from such a technical weapon to an ooga booga smol brain weapon. Now Im lost as I don't know what to main instead of CB. Shame, they made the best weapon ever in 4U and degraded it to SAED crap. Even GU's CB had more variety despite feeling like shit to play. ( -_-)

first off seethe and cope noone asked for your bitching in a speedrun video second off you cry about it being an unga bunga weapon then cry about how it sucks on GU, its most technical game. you sound like you dont even play cb you just think its a super deep weapon when its really not

There’s nothing stopping you from playing it how it was on 4U. Or just go play 4U if you have a working 3ds

@@unwashedhands2087 Yeah I still play 4U. Icebornes savage axe complimented 4U's style, so I didn't mind that CB and had fun messing with the new Guard point. Sunbreak's 4u CB doesn't feel right enough for me to play it. Plus it will drag hunts by many mins whilst I can just do unga bunga SAED.

@@axelblz8876 Yeah optimal CB play is really boring and spammy in sunbreak. There is a lot of skill involved because it depends on staggers. Nah AED style is not fun in sunbreak. It was in 4u and iceborne. Most of the AED opportunities are SAED opportunities. Why should I do an AED when I can do an SAED with no repercussions?
