Mhlakaza-Manamela elected Gauteng's deputy speaker
ANC's Nomvuyo Mhlakaza-Manamela is Gauteng Legislature's new deputy speaker.
It follows the resignation of Refiloe N’tsheke who vacated the post
after the ANC and DA failed to agree on coalition terms.
ANC Gauteng spokesperson Lesego Makhubela says the DA's decision was
unfortunate.
