2 Deputies per Minister? It makes business sense to first determine job specifications/ profiles with respective pay scales before appointing incumbents. If not done this way the salary bill will escalate to an additional billion Rand. In your own business it won't happen

We need transparency, transparency even behind the scenes, so that we can listen what they discuss in their meetings. These people are working for us,we need to know what is discussed behind the scenes, are they not discussing about being corrupt or even this blackmailing each other we see not being told who's saying what to whom. Cameras must show otherwise no meetings must be sitting without cameras. Transparency

My advice to avoid picking and competing unhealthy but focus on service delivery.

The bloated cabinet is totally uncalled for. This does not make sense, an anc deputy minister in nearly every portfolio is just to keep tabs on other party deputies , and protect their own corrupt ways. Cyril is accomodating his comrades, as usual !

But the leader is very important....that's why their face is on the ballot. MK Party got votes because of Zuma, please let's face the truth. People voted ANC because of Mandela in 1994. The many ligation cases from the ANC to remove MK Party from the ballot, Khumalo leadership gimmicks and the IEC's fight at the constitutional court to make sure Zuma is illegible for parliament shows you the power and influence of an individual. They never bothered about an MK Party until they heard Zuma was involved in it, then they all panicked! Imagine if we went into the election knowing Zuma is going to parliament. I tell you he could be president as we speak. I am sure you get what I mean. They had to temper this Zuma phenomenon because Zuma is a serious factor in the country. Everything rises or falls with leadership. People rejected Ramaphosa's ANC, period!
