It would be great if we could actually update the maps to 2022.

Hello, thank you so much for all of your videos, your detailed insight helped me a lot to make the final decision in buying an Mg Hs just today :) everything was well but the compass seems about 90 degrees off than the correct destination. This results in renewing directions every 10 secs wether I’m using the car navigation or Google Maps of Apple maps. Therefore I believe the problem is about compass calibration. Do you have any idea how that can be done? Many thanks in advance

Never had a problem like yours re the compass. It is better to visit the MG workshop and get it checked.

Thanks for the comment and support. There is no built-in voice command. You can connect to Android Auto or Apple CarPlay and use the voice command. Simply search these two terms on my channel and you can find the tutorial.

Can you explain to me who i change the language of GPS to english ? My car was buyed in German and I changed the language to english but in the GPS don't change... I can change the voice to english or another language but the system is still yet in german... I can't find a place to make this change ! Can you help me, please ?

It may not be equipped. Need to check this with your local dealer.

Do all MG HS vehicles have navigation? Because our 2021 MG HS hire car doesn’t.

@@JerryPanandCars Ok thanks. I can’t use Apple CarPlay as I don’t have the right cord so have to use google maps on my phone. Also, cruise control not working, getting an error message saying ACC system unavailable and ADAS is not connected. It’s not fun when you’re doing a 1000km over two days.

Very helpful. Though we cannot work out how to edit home.

@@JerryPanandCars Thanks for answering. No black screen, I get a map when opening nav but the arrow is not even close to where I am. At the top of the screen there is a signal icon, 5 stripes from small to large and there is a little x next to it. It's in a Mg HS in Thailand, so the layout of the entertainment system is different. Regards.

@@JerryPanandCars please. because it is very unpleasant - you are talking to someone /car play/ - brakes, it is good to turn off the engine. because you have to wait and have to switch to the phone. Or you're waiting somewhere, so you can't watch a movie. Also is there an option to have the display on and watch something while the PHEAV is charging at a public charging station. thank you

@@JerryPanandCars thanks i have another question..i want to play vedio with USB but it says cannot vediw while driving.. some of the vedios say go to engeeniring mode and disable a thing in CAN info..but non of the buttons of CAN info work..it is like they are locked. How should i solve this?

My radio keeps playing while the navi is running - how do I fix this please?

Mute the radio in the home screen.

Maps should be included as an update part of servicing. This is why vibe zst I don’t find the navigation useful as I have CarPlay and downloaded maps that use the phones gps. There’s no point of a gps if the maps cost you an arm and leg to update
