Navigation system is not enabled or not showing in my MG ZST. how to enable it.

What are the MGs like for underbody rust protection? Interested in a ZST Vibe, but looking around the internet, some have rust appearing in join type areas only after a few months.
I probably dealt with 3 rust issues in my 4 years of full time MG sales experience. There is warranty coverage for rust issues as well.
@@JerryPanandCars thanks for the quick reply. If you were to get the underbody sealed anyway, would that void the warranty? Interested in extra protection as I live by the sea.
@brenreviews I don’t think that will void the warranty. It doesn’t affect anything on the drivetrain

Man I really wish you could turn off the auto slowdown on corners when in cruise control. Very annoying and almost a deal breaker. I got my zs a while ago and didn't know it did that and I still hate it. I now dont use cruise control at all which make me feel like I'm driving an old car.
Maybe when they do the next software update

Why is the fuel consumption difference between hybrid and petrol engines?

Petrol 6.0/100km. Hybrid 4.3L/100km
I watched a UK KZread video on this car, and they said around town the hybrid used less fuel than the non hybrid. However, at highway speeds, the hybrid uses more than the non hybrid! Crazy! What is even more crazy is the hybrid requires more expensive 95 octane fuel while the non hybrid does not!
I hope they eventually make the rear seat split 60/40.

They say it will have a cost of 82k USD in Europe with a 720km range and cruising up to 800km + I think this car is more than enough for families and taxis. And, let us not forget that the goal is to get rid of combustion engines fast.

MG EV puncture and tried to use my one year old kit. Just pumped a milk like substance out. Useless, never again. Now going to fit a spare space saver wheel in the boot with a scissor jack and brace.

Your reviews avoid criticism, it is difficult to review you as a reliable narrator. The 3 forward passenger seats as well as the battery specifications are exemplary. However, a lot of design elements are not refined nor premium: rear seats, touch controls for car functions, exterior design. And that grill is is so ugly that you cannot over look the fact it will increase pedestrian fatalities.
Thanks for the comment. I have only got 30 mins to 1 hour with this car. It is not easy to find much criticism about it in general. Those are just my personal opinions and first impressions. I disagree about the comment on rear seats, touch controls or exterior design. The rear seats have way better finish than a Toyota Alphard. The touch controls aren't the easiest to use but again way more premium than an Alphard or Carnival. The drag coefficient of this car is 0.27 and that's better than an EV9 or any other petrol competitors. I think that is refined. You can argue that the front grill is not good-looking for some people but that has nothing to do with pedestrian safety. All MPVs have large grill or bumper that like.
the author of this comment must be very high on drugs.. Zeekr is well rated so high in safety test over most of your major brands.

@@JerryPanandCars after I put it in reverse, if their are some objects near me, it will not beep, but it will make a screeching sound that will make your ears bleed, it’s horrible, and it will not go until the car reaches 20+km in drive.
It s the only thing that annoys me ! I have a European mg hs 2024 exclusive . I read instructions and sensors dont go off on neutral. You have to manually deactivate sensors from the infotainment even if you are stationary and on neutral. You have to deactivate an option called reverse radar. And the constant beeping stops. The beeping turns to a constant sound if you have items less than 30 cm away fyi. Hope that helps
Hi Jerry , thanks for doing this quite comprehensive review. I would be really surprised if Australia will get the same model delivered, we will most likely get a dumbed and dulled down version with no sliding centre display. The rear electric seat lift will probably go too as the pet can press the button with their paw or buttock and squash themselves into the afterlife. The buttons under the airbag appears to be a bad design as well as the tailgate door open button. It is a ballsy and interesting model though.
Thanks for the support! Yes, I doubt NZ & AU will get all these features but it shows what Zeekr can do. Your take on the pet button is very interesting. I would never thought about that. Though I believe it is quite hard to find or push the button if the rear door is shut.

Jerry, if in ACC the color of the vehicle in front of you turns yellow (as opposed to white), does this mean the distance is now within the range of 2/3/4 seconds (smallest/medium/large distance)? I'm asking this because I'm trying to figure out why the car keeps slowing down when I'm overtaking the car in front of me.
Yes I think so. When it is yellow it means the vehicle distance is closer than your set distance. It will try to slow down and go back to set distance. You can always accelerate to override it at anytime
What was your total fuel consumption please?
I can get around 5.7L / 100km.

Thank you for the tip. My car that I have received in February 24 in France doesn't do that when I hold the button. I think I need of an update. The car has the R46 program. Which update must I ask to my seller ? Thank you in advance
Just ask them to install the latest software as our one has different version number from yours.
