Looks a nice SUV. I can see what you mean about the rear looking a bit like an I-Pace. It will be interesting to see what the final prices will be and if it can do 60 miles on it's charge.

The new MG HS looks stunning

Looks awesome! Looks like a reduction in quality in the boot carpet though, they have also cheaped out on the rear arm rest, last one was a work of art with the detail and soft opening cup holders

We have the existing HS Phev and this new one is a vast improvement in the way it looks and also the boot size. Will definitely consider the new one as a replacement.

For those having a moan about MG not being British etc etc, remember the market in the UK needs competitive manufacturers at the lower end of the market to make vehicles affordable for the common man. In recent years, the likes of Ford and Stellantis have neglected the lower end and tried to position themselves as premium brands. Vauxhall Astra EV and Ford Explorer EV start at £40k

Sharp looking, competitive pricing and with all the latest tech on board, this MG HS will be a big seller in the UK.

That’s a nice looking SUV and shows how far MG have come. Problem is going to be the price here in the UK now we’re likely to slap tariffs on them :(

Just under £25k for the base model I believe. MG does a good job mostly on styling. Quality reports are mixed but they do tend to undercut others on price at least

Tariffs are on pure EVs only. Not petrol and hybrid cars from China

The design is simply amazing, and I just happened to like a floor mat, Witamats, I want to buy floor mats for this car!!

The present 1500 petrol version is a guzzler but would certainly be interested in the full hybrid, hope its competivly priced

Will be reliable as it is based on the Roewe RX5 which has been around for a few years now. Good job by MG ❤

Nice looking less box looking to I also like the mg3 hybrid And that the rub when are they introducing this in a hybrid if it not to far of I wait and see how much that will be .

I have a MG HS Exclusive 2021 automatic and the brake and the accelerator pedals are quite in the middle, causing discomfort to my right leg. It seems that the pedals at MK3 have the same unusual position

Looks interesting.

Being in Spain this year we rented cars. Most of us european Seats but one friend of mine took Chinese MG (previous model). Nice looking, shiny,new, with leather. That's it. The rest was constant complaining about MG.

If it turns out to be fitted with MG's usual toy wheels, I won't be biting - no matter how good looking the rest of the car is . . .

Looks amazing but they got rid of the bucket seats for basic looking seats with fake leather (the norm) some areas it’s a downgrade but other areas it’s an upgrade let’s hope the prices stay lower and the fuel economy is ALOT better

I have a 2024 HS trophy manual and I love it but this new one is stunning ....the boot is definitely bigger I think that was one of the main bugbears with MG HS owners was that for a car of its size the boot was quite small

If the later self charging hybrid will be price right, they will make a big dent in Dacia duster sales, and with 7 year warranty and 5* euro ncap...its true its 2019 euro ncap test will love to see a 2024 ncap test with this model...cant wait to do a test drive in UK...

Why not use the old red MG badge instead of this bland silver one

Looks a little like a Mazda CX-5 which is no bad thing. I like it and I bet/hope it's cheaper and more economical than the Mazda.

Ladr car was a guzzler with too small a boot.

Nice looking but MGs are awful. I had a 24 plate HS as a courtesy car a couple of months ago and absolutely hated it

Very nice car. It's at the top of my list for a replacement at the end of the year.
