KPOP tenor Singing Warm Up please.
Hi Jeff, I'm noticing that in the lip trill switch to vowels exercise my voice keeps switching to head voice in the break instead of staying consistent and is taking on that "chicken voice" quality in terms of tonality and bring strain to my throat. What can I do to improve this?

From the sounds of things some registration event practice would help!
When practicing your runs on changing vowels, is it okay to stick with one vowel for the entirety of the exercise?

You can, and that is a really good way to get started if you're having difficulties. Eventually though, it would be advantageous to work the vowel changes in. Consider how rudimentary these exercises are compared the vowel changes in even the most basic song! Best! Jeff
