Probably The Dark Knight, Logan had great hero characters and while the villains were also solid TDK stole the cake with both a great hero and a spectacular villain; plus I felt like TDK kept you on the edge of your seat every step of the way, whereas Logan had its very slow 3rd act. Anywho, thanks for this review! You really came through for us and we appreciate it. I am going to keep my PO, so (once again) Mezco has you to thank. Love how this guy is looking!

This looks GOOD! I like it 100 times more that I though I would! Thanks for this video man, now I can kick back and relax! I saw that collider too 50 too. I do like TDK a littler more than Logan but they're both great!

Thanks for the review! I think I’ve made up my mind about this figure :) Also, The Dark Knight kind of epitomizes Batman on film, but Logan made me cry like a fool at the end lol. Logan was a goodbye to my generation’s Wolverine and The Dark Knight was a sequel in a franchise that led up to a pretty “meh” finale with the third film.

Great review as always Wade and don’t worry about the teeth issue, you can touch that up with a toothpick and some white paint bit try to go at it gradually... I and thinking of giving this wolverine a more tan look to the yellow areas and head to separate him a bit more from the tiger stripe and definetly displaying him with the unmasked head and sword... oh and Dark Knight for me because as good as Logan was it was a Wolverine movie while Dark Knight is more a Joker movie as in he is the one who makes the movie work

+Raul Vito yeah as you saw I got a replacement, so I am good on that. Yeah if I had an extra I was definitely try to make the yellow darker/more orange. I just wish we had a better Unmasked head to display him with. Yeah i feel what you are saying about DK but Logan for Life for me haha.

Really liked your review man! I was worried about the shorts but looks like mezco actually did a great job with them and the figure overall. And i like the Dark knight but I like more Logan it's the wolverine we wanted to see in action and it did not disappointing at all! Once again great review!

So glad you got this review out. I only ordered it because I gave up on trying to score the Jim Lee ver. for a reasonable price and had to have a Wolverine. I like the subtle changes, like the metallic shoulder pads and finally, useful ankles! I still wish the yellow fabric was the right colour and I'm not a fan of the white hair but I'm actually looking forward to it now. I watched Collider's superhero countdown too, I really liked Logan and it was the perfect send off for two of my favourite characters but The Dark Knight is one of my all time favourites and no other superhero film has captivated me like that.

It would have been perfect if he was more orange instead of yellow. Yeah it was hard to argue with most of that Collider list and I wouldn't Bash anyone for having DK at number one but to me Logan was something special.

Logan's definitely something special, even more so since many of us have watched those characters from childhood all the way to now, 17 years later. That's pretty crazy. Glad it ended on such a high note.

yeh a good majority of them the yellow can be seen in the stitches(including mine). A difference i also noticed from the px was that the hair on the arms has a silverish/metallic paint added over to give a maybe greyish arm hair look? the px one does not have it.

Been a while since I've seen The Dark Knight and time tends to make you forget the negatives about things you really liked. But I think I'm going to say The Dark Knight. Interestingly The Dark Knight is really the only movie in the Nolan trilogy that I REALLY loved.

That blue background makes wolverine pop. Bam! Le fwush

You pronounced muramasa blade correctly! Its a Japanese word so the syllables tend to be the same sound 99% of the time! But It’s a shame that these figures have so many quality control issues, when they’re supposed to be collector’s items, and are the price of collector’s items. If they were 12 inch and the same price but had issues, it’d be more reasonable, but a 6 inch figure that costs 80-90 bucks shouldn’t have sticky joints and paint issues imo Thanks for the review!

Mezco's ball jointed ankles look nice ad don't expose a joint... but I really feel they could get away with using a ball hing joint (like a big version of the wrist joint) for the feet, and just sculpt the foot and leg to conceal it and keep the range of motion. Oh well

Great review! One thing about the messed up paint job on the gritted head - don't bin it - since you have the Tiger Stripe version, you can use that head as reference to touch up the latter with some vallejo white acrylic paint on the teeth and the head will look great again. Should be a quick and easy fix.

Great review as always brotha and really I agree that they shorts issue well I didn't feel so comfortable with that plastic overlay they did on the Tiger Stripped so much since Classic Superman haves it and worry posing it too much since it might rip. Also does suck your teeth on the alternative head haves paint imperfections. Hope you can replace it or touch it up and to get on the movie discussion topic that's hard pick for me since I love both characters but I'm gonna have to give the edge to Logan since it had a more emotional impact even made it more sadder how Hugh Jackman played thr character Wolverine/Logan for 17 years so it had more effect on fans then Bale's Batman. Yet, The Dark Knight still did push the bounds and rised the bar for how superhero movies can be dark and serious especially Heath Ledgers performance will still be iconic for his role.

+David Marrero yeah I really think the shorts came out great and luckily I was able to get a replacement head so the teeth thing isn't an issue anymore. Overall is an really amazing figure. I agree with you, I think Logan had waaaay more of an emotional impact and I think that what gives it the edge for me too. DK is a classic and changed the game for sure.

By the way, maybe it's just me and my crappy phone Im watching this on, but that paint flaw kinda looks like blood; maybe it can come in handy with some photos? Either that or it's brown and Im not seeing it right lol.

It's hard comparing the different styles of movies but I am with you there is few other comic movies I enjoy more than the Dark Knight. I just realize that DK set a certain standard for more realistic ground comic movies. But to be honest, I personally enjoy Guardians more haha. They are all great though.

Great video ..Logan movie is the best super hero movie of all time!! Hands down

What dude went ayy let's make his most iconic best outfit an sdcc exclusive. Mezco is my favourite figure company but sometimes certain figures distribution sucks. Like Keaton batman, batman beyond, Tiger Stripe wolvie. They got it right with the X-Men Deadpool. Not essential or people's favourite but it's cool if you get it. May buy two of these cus he doesn't go for a lot and modify one to be Tiger Stripe

Been looking forward to this!! 😃 (really sucks about the paint surely they'd do a replacement because it's unacceptable for the price, though it wouldn't be too hard to touch up). And Logan isn't my favour favourite, but The Dark Knight isn't the best it's highly overrated and has some of the poorest scene transitions I've ever seen.

This figure looks really badass but im not sure if i want to pay about 90 dollars for it. Really tempting but i just wish mezco figures could be just a tiny bit bigger

Dark Knight is a better film due to the better villains, Logan was also amazing. we are lucky to live in an age when we get some many incredible superhero films.

13oogie he gets it back door release . All shipments are sent out early to most stores so they can be sold alongside the online release . But he has a GOOD friend that lets him purchase early from him and he can’t say who it is because its not suppose to be sold until a specific release window given by the manufacturer. If you can find your own well supplied Collectibles dealer to hook you up you’ll getm early too if not you’ll just have to wait like the rest of us!

Ayo from the future! Dark Knight #1.

Though wolverine is intended to be on the short side, the trunks being huge as well as his large boots and shoulder pads throws his proportions off. The tiger stripe wolverine is basically the same but proportionally is perfect. This wolverine looks like a circus midget.

When I 1st saw that alt head, I was like "why does Logan have grills, & are they made of adamantium too?"

Unacceptable for paint errors on an $80 figure. Aren't these packed by hand into that box piece by piece? I've been waiting my whole life for this fig, hope they get mine right.

Rieena Nieshaday Shhhhhhh !!! That’s a secret! He has a well connected Friend/supplier store/site owner who sales early to him these guys get shipped out early to brick n mortar stores that order them so as to be able to compete with the .com sights but not all stores have the overhead to carry such an expensive line of figures on there shelf’s so only some actually carry One:12 Mezco figs so he entail gets his a few days even more than a week before we do . Now I’m not knocking him this is more than his hobby he makes it happen for him buying n reviewing posing figures so it’s natural he’d find a connection in his line of work.

This one should've came with an unmasked head to make it as must have as the classic costume version. They fixed his brown shorts from those initial horrible prototype figures/images but they still kind of bug me. Have it ordered anyway.

The Dark Knight for me

Bummer about the second headsculpt.. One thing you could do if they don't send you a replacement is get some blood red paint and just go over all the brown parts, would look really cool having a bloody gritted teeth look for wolverine.. Don't throw it tho man, the sculpt is still in tact and it's pretty good.

Great review. Too bad about the teeth. Gotta say TDK over Logan. Logan is awesome but TDK had really great acts from the very opening scene that were very suspenseful and top notch performances and characterization for the hero and the villain. Logan’s antagonist were...forgettable.

Awesome, seeing this and Tiger Stripe, I'm looking forward to my OM Logan and X-Force. As for movies, The Dark Knight easy. Logan's only flaw was X-24 was sorta a plot trooper. A character of lesser interest once you figure out it's just a clone working for the other side. Heath Ledgers Joker made TDK great because we had a take on an established character that was unique and unpredictable.

Joker was a interesting thing that was happening and he was awesome but the movie felt like it was more about Harvey Dents fall from grace. Don't get me wrong I love DK and I can see why it's on the top of these lists but I just personally like Logan better. Thanks for answering!

Unparalleled Universe haha yeah I know, but supermans saying no one stays good in this world, Batmans feeling isolated and like he's the only one left fighting, Alfred struggling and trying to pull him back from being swallowed by the darkness, superman feeling saddened and trapped by all his efforts getting mixed reception all spoke to me. And is familiar, and I loved the layered story with the characters having varying degrees of information on the others and their hands being revealed to the audience along the way revealing things the characters thought were well kept secrets etc. Was an exciting ride The weariness logan felt and the burden and love and frustration he felt for Charles as he cared for him and watched him degenerate, as well his self destructive tendencies and wanting to avoid responsibility and facing reality is also relatable and I'm sympathetic too. but it also has moments where it devolved into the Fox xmen silliness like the kids and the young jackman, that I felt, detracted. and obs attempts to pull on my heart strings like x23 saying daddy don't work for me. They annoy me bc they feel like manipulation and not organic. I like similar things about each movie, but to me bvs showed the tolls and weights and complexities better. Btw I specifically meant I prefer bvs to logan, but as far as the dk goes, that's a real challenge. You're probably right that I'd also pick bvs

The Dark Knight easily blows Logan out of the water. Logan was good, but it wasn't that good. The dark knight was the best Batman movie ever made.

Great review and great figure. I have the Tiger Stripe because that was also my Wolverine growing up, on Fox Network, Saturday mornings 🤣. But anyway, The Dark Knight is the gold standard for super hero movies. Both are great movies but The Dark Knight edges Logan for me.

Man this Wolverine doesn’t brush his teeth. Guess mezco thinks it’s realistic since he always wonder around lol. Anyways dark knight for me over logan. Because he is batman.

Being that I've seen it more recently I'm leaning more toward Logan.In a way Logan is a more anti comic movie, let me explain. As opposed to other comic movies and books the things that ultimately undo the xmen are more real life problems like professor x's Alzheimer's and the governments food additives destroying mutant reproduction. No major earth shattering super villain, just suttle , tiny undetected things that no-one saw coming. The movie simple shows them existing in a world devoid of the sleek sci fi trappings the prior films had and exposes them to the terrors of the real world.

Logan by far. Heath Ledger overdid the Joker if anything. That tongue flick he does every 3 seconds is fucking irritating.

+Toxic-Pop really? Damn, I haven't heard anyone say that. What did you hate about it?

Well, I don't want to take anything away from what you enjoyed about it so this is just my opinion. There was a whole lot I didn't like. I hated X-23. She pretended to be mute when she didn't have to. And when she did speak she spoke Spanish when she knew English. Also, she was just a brat the whole time stealing stuff for no reason and acting like a jerk in general. They put that farm family in danger and got them all killed for no reason. Caliban was useless. Why did they need to get to Canada ? The bad guys can't chase them into Canada ? Does Canada have some magical barrier that keeps out bad guys ? How did the comic writers and artists of this world know about Eden ? The whole movie just left me depressed and I don't like movies like that. I could go on and on. I have a review on my channel if you want more of my opinion.
