They didn't have the song because the dubbing tracks for dragon Ball, dragon ball z and dragon ball GT were missing the insert songs

@@samuel-wankenobi They use this song in the English version during the preliminaries of the 22nd Tenkiachi Budokai, but for some reason take it out of the other fights that it's in (making it incredibly lame compared to the Japanese version having it just be silent when Goku's fighting Jackie Chun and Krillin).

@@anigamerreviews3136 They used to do english covers all the time of the music in their dubbed animes, though the industry as a whole moved away from it so they ditched their music department. Not all of them are good, but when they hit they REALLY hit.
