MEXICO BUS TRAVEL | FROM BACALAR TO CAMPECHE 🚌
This was a long and exhausting travel day we were definitely not ready for...
Before this Mexico bus trip, all of our experiences had been really good. We used a company called ADO in the past and they cover most of the touristy routes in the Yucatan Peninsula, but going from Bacalar to Campeche is not exactly a popular route, so we got stuck with the bus that makes ALL THE STOPS and it wasn't exactly the most comfortable bus ride 😂
BUT we made it to Campeche! Our first colonial town in the Yucatan Peninsula. Spoiler alert: it's the cutest colonial town we visited in our entire trip.

Turkey and Mexico is very similar and pople is very similar too i think. Except simit of course :) And Aimara is very lucky because she can sleep on the bus :) I can t wait to see your next video Campeche looks very beautiful :)

Yes that's so true! We encounter so many nice people in Mexico. Especially when you are away from the touristy areas. The touristy areas were so different, people were not always as nice... they weren't bad, but just not very nice.. And we missed simit so much during these travel days... buses in Mexico don't make any stops! PS: Campeche is beautiful! It was one of our favorite places :) Video comes out tomorrow AM! (NY time). @@waysoftheworld_ I don t understand why the people are not nice in the touristy areas are they crazy??? They should be much much nicer to the tourists than the other areas because it is their job and you are their guests... If you don t like the treatment you wouldn t go back again in the future and they loose their bussiness.It is that simple. Take care dear friends :)

@@enzoferrari28 that's what we think too! But it's crazy how different it is in these touristy areas... and the worst part is that they don't seem to care because SO MANY people still visit from the US, they don't even need to be nice. We are for sure not going back to those areas!!

It is #1 on our list of reasons to go back to the Yucatan. We really want to go and hopefully can make it happen next year! 🙏🏼 So many locals told us we had to see it!

Si, nosotros tuvimos muy buen clima menos mal! Estuvimos desde el 14 de Febrero hasta finales de Abril explorando la peninsula de Yucatan y nos fue excelente con el clima 🙏🏼 (mucho calor, pero casi cero lluvia)

HAHAHA this made me laugh! I actually don't take anything for sleeping. We don't sleep much when we travel, so I'm always very tired... I basically fall asleep anywhere 😂
Hey! How did you find the bus ticket from Chetumal to Campeche? Struggling to find any routes online. Great video :)

Hi! Thanks! So, that particular route is not available online. We bought our tickets in person at the Bacalar ADO bus station. There were 2 buses: Bacalar-Chetumal and then Chetumal-Campeche. Just keep in mind these are not ADO buses and they stop a lot... I guess you have an idea after seeing the video 😂 Safe travels!!
