There no navy they all Mexican special forces

They aren't SOps, they are just regular cops, federal agents. You must look for GAFE (Grupo Aeromóvil de Fuerzas Especiales) or SF naval infantry units.

Actually you are wrong.( Gafe) is the nation's best special forces. But the policia federal also have special forces. The one's you see that are sell out are the ones the life and have family in the areas that are of most crime but they all have very heavy special forces even tho gafe are extremely strong. I would know. My cousin is part of them since 2011.

First they are not swat, it's just normal police and Second, they look like swat because they are well trained, they need military tactics because in Mexico the situation with cartels are very dangerous, the cartels are well trained too, they have assault rifles, 50 cal guns, RPG, Machine guns, granade launchers and frag grandes, that's why the mexican police looks like swat but they aren't.

Deer people, this Mexicans are not the special forces, they are normal police to be exact they are Federal Police, they look like special forces because they are well trained but the corrupt government are not helping this forces to get better equipment, but this police are very trained for close quarters combat, and urban operations, I know because I'm from Mexico and I see them in action, but sadly this guy's didn't get paid well because the government.

Te lo diré como Mexicano no digas tonterías, esos federales tenían una alta experiencia en combate, incluso mataban mercenarios extranjeros realmente no creas todo lo que dice Hollywood, lo que si eran traicioneros incluso se arrodillaban al cartel era DEA.
