Mexican shrimp cocktail, my way!

    Great idea using shrimp stock!!! Going to try using rotel and sweet corn. Serving room temp to warm is the way to go, imho. When things are cold the temp decreases the flavor, unless you really intensify the other flavors...but then the shrimp can get lost. Thank you for recording your recipe! God Bless!

    You have so many steps, and very little too no taste in this cocktail. Will not follow this again.

    The cocktail will last for a few days in the fridge,why not mix it all together in one batch and refrigerate?Forget the shrimp stock,i use clam juice and Clamato juice.There are so many ways to prepare this cocktail...and you can add chopped celery,use cherry tomatoes,jalapeno...etc etc..there is no limit...but when marinated for a few hours,it taste way better...
