I love taco bell 🇪🇨🇨🇴😮 lol grew up on it all my life & still do at 29. I had my first authentic Mexican food when I was 20. I do enjoy now authentic Mexican food but Taco Bell is my weekly go to

My mommy makes these too. But she uses mashed potatoes and/or turkey as a replacement for the red meat, which is technically more Amerindian. For some reason they taste better with a non spicy hot sauce like La Victoria taco sauce.
