Moustache Andrew is like going through your Pokemon cards realising you has a shiny Charizard card back in the 90s. It’s such a magical discovery and you’re not sure if you should give it up or keep it. You don’t want to lose it but you know you never find it again (if you misplace it). So you protect it with your dear life. Moustache Andrew should be protected.

When I was a child I use to microwave my cheese to get crispy... I thought I was a weirdo but apparently its actually good.

I've been cooking my burritos and even my grilled (obviously pan fried; think cheese on a grill) cheese sandwiches like this for decades. It's soooooo good!

I don't think this is something that I would make at home especially buying another grille and all that, but it makes me appreciate even more to the food and chef who put the work in to make this happen

I LOVE how Andrew tastes basically everything he cooks with. Andrew, that came out looking SO GOOD! You did the long fold, but it looks closer to his side-ways roll with the amount of cheese! :)

It's a very impressive mustache, but in my mind, I'm seeing him in a daguerreotype, riding a penny farthing and wearing a bowler hat. Now imagine him doing that and eating a burrito🤯

That is so cool you got to talk to Matt! You know I love how simple these are but they're just good, I really like how he's out there doing something that can bring him fulfillment and a way to live his lifestyle and bring something like a good meal to people. I feel like that is personally a great spot. I hope he continues to do well. I wish I was closer to LA to try these foods but I'm sadly a half days drive so its a bit far for me if it was like 3 hours maybe

Andrews evolution via worth it is awesome. I dont know if he was a foodie before but I love seeing that he likes to elevate his culinary ambitions. I have had grilled cheese pulled pork sandwiches wrapped in this same way and its the best thing ever. Just right burnt cheese and even the best slightly burnt pepperoni is the best flavors imo

ooh yeah, i've been making cheesy crusts for over a decade, they're super delicious and so easy to make! It doesn't get easier than just throwing cheese on a hot metal plate and waiting for it to get crispy!
