Thank you for this amazing video that made my day Despite line 3 being under construction, the whole network urgently needs a radical expansion A circular line all around the big loop (partially line 25) and extensions to Calevoet, Groot Bijgaarden & Zaventem are a must Line 71 should have been converted to a subway... the bus is a pain in the neck along Elsenesteenweg

Sadly the Flemish government doesn't want the metro being expanded in their territory so that is something that will most likely never happen

71 should be a Tram, its way to crouded and so should line 95. Expansion to Zaventem would be great, because you got the train, same with groot bijgaarden , tram line 19 already goes to groot bijgaarden.

Also don't forget that we have so many ministers in Belgium, that any decision takes 20 years. For example, line 3 was supposed to be converted about 30 years ago (not kidding), but due to oppositions from both politics and local residents, the line is now 30 years late. That's the same reason why bus line 71 hasn't been transformed into a tram: everybody was okay to make it a tram EXCEPT residents from ONE street, and they had the support of the mayor of the borough in question.

I like the old noisy chrome and orange ones the most. I use to take them daily
