Appreciate the honest feedback :) from what ive noticed with metros beats its 2 main factors: simple chords and some sort of pluck (bell or ambient piano). So i tried to attempt that :)

​@@EnglandPJ i think metro does a lot more simple arpegios / bell melody, he basically does one note per beat most of the time, and you should use a deep dark synth sub. He also use a lot more of brass and strings that whistle and flute. Sometimes he also use some acid lead not like yeat s one but like way 2 sexy from Drake. Hope it helped ya bro. The loop still cool tho

After the 2018 album i think his beats are now completely different from before(hes always had variation on songs like You was right by Uzi

Sound selection for the most part is very similar to metro forsure. I think the part that’s throwing it off for most people is the lack of processed effects, and the chord progression used, ontop of it being a bit too lively, and a fast bpm. I think for processing fx, adding some low pass filters/heavy reverb to the harsher sounds (like the piano/pluck/bells) to make them more pad-like and give a more ambient feel would resemble more of metros recent projects.

Don’t see the metro booming resemblance never the less it’s still a fire melody, keep it up.

Some reverb and filters etc would definitely give it more of ambient sound but this is definitely similar to earlier metro

@@quest4747 I’ve heard a few people argue about this. I heard someone argue that two notes can be a chord, and others argue that it needs to be three. I think in a technical sense they’re intervals, but I’d be hard pressed to call it inherently wrong or improper to say they’re chords during certain times. Certainly a note played with its minor second is not a chord, but a note played with its perfect fifth is more arguable.
