Brutally beautiful! Having watched Violet for the last couple years, I feel like, especially over the last 8 months or so, she is really experimenting with her range and it has been a blast to watch. I have long loved her covers and am really enjoying watching her join with other talented artists. She has exposed me to a wealth of talent there! This collaboration was simple fantastic! Love the mixture of voices. Love the instrumental. Just fantastic!

About 27 hours later, I forgot I still had KZread pulled up on my desktop and I came back to this and THIS SOUNDS SO GOOD! KZread algorithm actually got one right for me. Instant subscribes, and generally I haven't really fucked with covers. Hold on while I binge all your other videos. You guys are great!

The tempo was unexpected, but it sounds awesome, well done.

Jaw dropping. Excellent verses and a powerful chorus with smooth solos and a mind blowing outro. Couldn't resist headbanging and singing along. Definitely one of the best covers out there.

This album was released just before I left for basic training at Ft. Knox, KY. On Sundays we could go to the library where I would listen to this song over and over again, really helped me deal with the stress. You two did an awesome job on this cover and released on my birthday Thank you!

There is a lot going on in this version, like a whole lot. That is some intense production. You've again shown the world that Violet Orlandi goes up to 11 and again you make it work. A lot of artists when doing a cover nly attempt to strip it back down and for good reason when handled well it can produce some truly excellent results. (I've seen your acoustic covers so I know you also know how to do that well too). Going epic on the other hand and adding that has to be handled so carefully and again you have done it masterfully. Well done.

I absolutely love this song, and this is a great cover. If I can be allowed a bit of constructive criticism, the vocals sound a bit too quiet, in the sense that they are a little drowned out by the epic sound of the instruments. I would have liked for the vocals to "pop out" a bit more, if that makes any sense. Other than that, you guys did a fantastic job, and the mid-song guitar solo is utterly flawless.

Yeah, this is what I was feeling too: the final mix seems a bit off; the vocals seem a bit subdued compared to the instrumental. And on Violet’s channel I’m here for Violet’s vocals. Mad props to the guitarist for the note-perfect rendition though.

This is the collaboration that I've been waiting for. Great work, guys. We'd all love to hear you two work together more often in the future for sure, perhaps a rendition of "Only for The Weak" by In Flames. PS a gothic metal cover of Bowie's "Within You" would be absolutely fantastic to hear (the world needs it).

So happy for this collab! The final result was epic and Skar's following is long overdue to break the 200k ceiling. Looking forward to more collabs from this surreal metal duo in the future!
