Metallica - Harvester of Sorrow (Guitar Cover)
Музыка
Happy new year everybody!
This is my cover of Harvester of Sorrow by Metallica. This is only the third "old" Metallica song I've covered so far, and it's a great song from the Justice album!

Not only very accurate, but the guitar sound is just "perfect metal rhythm guitar".
8 years im here, listening this sick cover.
I just fucking love that rhythm intro just sounds sinister I honestly like the sound of yours better to be honest
I love the intro to this song
great job dude, best record they ever made is justice in my opinion... wish they would have recorded the bass sections correctly though.

They recorded the bass perfectly, unfortunately it was mixed purposely so the electric guitars overpowered the bass so you can't hear it. Poor Jason :((

D. Scott Whitaker the whole production of AJFA was rubbish imo. The clicky drums & thin guitar sound. I suppose that's part of what makes the album so great and I could live with the crap production if only the bass wasn't muted

@@ziMikeyy you can thank Lars for that.
The Rp1000 connects to any computer with a USB port. It doesn't matter which computer you have. You do need recording software if you wish to record, however. Hope that helps!
5:15 when that second guitar comes in with that riff gives me chills every time. Whether it be a cover or the real song. 🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟😯
this song puts me in a trance every time i hear it
Dude. Shit sounds like you bought James's guitar and you are using it in the vid lmao holy shit it sounds EXACTLY like the actual song. Great great work mate

+Caleb Bartlett not really, I can get a very close tone using shitty default Epiphone humbuckers. Most of it is down to the amp

EPIC SOLO! I just had an eargasm!
Harvester is one of my favourite songs off AJFA and you have done an amazing cover dude!
Lets take a moment and just marvel the amazing chorus tone
@ReykoRR I recorded this through my effects pedal and into my computer, and edited the sound later. Then I synchronized the sound and video in Final Cut Pro.
I absolutely LOVE playing this song
Simply flawless
Absolutely perfect mate, that tone as well :D
Wow that solo was perfect
I didn't use an amp, I recorded this video with my Digitech Rp1000 effects pedal :)
This guy is him let's get this guy to 30k subs honestly
Omg dude your are awesome ! The sound is perfect ! Contragulation bro !! TY
I LOVED UR GUITAR TONE BROOOOO!
ive never seen the intro played like that but it still sounds great. nice job
Best Metallica song ever...great cover.
As always, awesome.
Great cover dude! Rock on!
The satisfaction of playing the tapping the first time is well worth any effort you may have to put in :)
The tapping is incredibly easy man! I used the side of my pick to do it, it makes even easier. But if you're fairly new to guitar Nothing Else Matters solo is great to learn too. I just know that when I was fairly new I made myself learn solos like One and it pushed me further and I progressed quicker.
Beautiful!
Great cover! Great song!
It's awesome! Excellent job))
sounds really good, like scary good man good job. You have the tone perfect.
Damn! This is awesome! 🤘🤘
incrível muito !!!
man that was legit! osom job!
Nicely done bro! Working on this song myself.
This is so awesome!
3:40
automaticly i started headbanging. good job.
great cover man !!
That is excellent!
majestic
Great job, man!)
Awesome!!
Nicely played! :)
Just got Mixcraft actually, I love it! Still playing with settings and learning more
Great cover man!! I’m learning the song right now and those low power chord slides are killing me 😂 so fun to play tho

Awesome ESP, Mate! :)
Great Cover mate
you rock man!!!!
Can you cover Frayed Ends Of Sanity. You are very good on the guitar.
Nice guitar. I've got the same one, only it has one pick up (bridge) and it's LTD. Great cover, by the way. You've earned my subscription.
I believe it was the Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier :)
Holy shit this is awesome
awesome dude, keep it up! :D
God damn that's heavy
I like how you commented on your own video. lol But, I do agree. You did a great job with this song. I might re-learn this song. Anyways. Awesome cover!
Best headbanger riff ever and song
Still can't understand how you rest your guitar so far from your center, haha. If that were me, it would've slid off my leg a million times. Great cover.
sounds really like metallia ! awesome!
Thought I would look up other peoples covers of this song because I'm currently learning this one. It's fun and for a metallica song it's really easy. I wanted to learn Blackened but that one's a bit too much of a challenge for me right now. I need more practice and maybe I can do Blackened. Your cover of this song is really good. Makes me look bad but I'll get there. Good show.

Can you play blackened? It's been 6 years
My fav
Whether it's worth it but I actually recommend the solo from One. Learning that solo will give you solid foundations for your playing and loads more confidence to learn the harder solos. One solo is easier than it sounds too!
Great great Tone my friend
Fucking awesome ! Sounds perfect !
This rips 🤘🏼🔥
nice tone
Good advice!
EXCELENT
Freaking awesome cover lml
Shit like this just comes from the depths of hell. Imagine being in a sesh with Metallica and they just riff some shit like his and everyone stops like yo, with tf was a that t. I imagine their creative process less of a pyramid and more of just shredding and then something legendary and complete comes out of nowhere. That beginning intro is just the mountain top no way to put it
Awesome
Thnx for the advice, i'll learn the solo of nothing else matters then :), really thank you :D !!!!
0:54 Hetfield's best riff ever, and that's saying something
I'd say Windows Movie Maker is the equivalent of iMovie, and there's a bunch of audio software for PC, but the ones that come to mind are Pro Tools, Audacity and Cakewalk. Hope that helps!
could u help with the settings i also have an rp1000 and i cant get close to this sound i really need help i would appreciate it thnks
🤘🤘
This is my favorite metallica song easily
Try the unforgiven solo!
Amazing cover and tone, I honestly like this track better than the original.
You are crazy as fudge!!!! :D
if ur taking requests u should do "frayed ends of sanity" "eye of the beholder" or "the shortest straw"
How did you record it? Awesome cover!!
Fuckin yea!
What kind of distortion is that? Its very nice
Fucking legendary
Can you tell me the amp your using as well as the distortion your using and guitar
Just to be sure, your RP1000 works on your laptop correct? doesn't matter if its mac or windows right ?
This is pro!
when I want listening to metallica I came to your chanel!
I cant control my headbangging
What amp settings did you use
Well done! You look young too, which makes it more impressive! 😉
