Not a bad show, but not my favorite. Mainly because of the mix. It feels a bit muddy. In terms of sheer energy, I think my favorite is their performance in Toronto in 1986. They’re just so tight and so vicious. Seattle feels like they’re holding back a bit. Maybe it’s just me.

There is actually little bass in OG mix, but as guitars and bass had shared frequencies and Jason was copying a lot of Jameses parts, it hard to hear it in most places

The rough mixes CD indeed has Jason in the mix on some tracks. But Kirk or other elements are sometimes missing, so it's far from the remixed album we're hoping for. The rough mixes DO sound better than the final mix...

Love Kirk, he seems like a real fun and approachable guy. I love how the members of Metallica take part in the unboxing of these epic deluxe editions of their greatest works. I couldn't get any of them because they had all sold out by the time I could get my hands on them. But the other day, a Deluxe Edition of the Black Album showed up in my local record store. I knew at that moment, it was now or never. I'm absolutely overwhelmed but ecstatic at the sheer amount of material they supplied with that.

You do realize that all Metallica fans, do still love him and respect him for his years in Metallica. Which is the EXACT reason why Lars or even to a lesser degree James will not allow anything positive to be said by them or anyone in their camp to even speak about Jason's contributions or the bullying and hazing and disrespect done to him by the 2 fake tough guys right. Lars cannot hide his MASSIVE ego and James just tries to blame it on his alcoholism. You guys wake up! I just love all of them. Feel like I actually know them even thought I have never met them in person. Such legends. Love these guys!

this is the album that made me pick up the guitar. i remember i was watching a compilation video and blackened was playing and that intro was so haunting. then it kicks into that riff. it was everything i wanted to hear. proceeded to look up metallica and listen to all of justice and the rest is history. favorite band and album of all time.
