Splattering was the Perfect background and the oh-so-thin gold outer border is Perfect also. Two perfects in one sentence is Good JOB Kathy. Not to mention the ultra sparkly paing. I had bought mysel, after much delay and waffling, an altenew shimmer paint set to put in my stocking. Since it was still pure and wrapped in plastic I had to sacrifice it as a last minute gift to an extra person (10 year old girl & fellow paper crafter) who showed up for Christmas. Sigh. She was thrilled. . .

Cathy, I'm so proud of you girl, for cutting out the middle on your mat layer. I have a very low budget for my crafting, so I could never afford those paints. After watching Kristina, I was just transfixed. So I purchased a dot card. They last a long time though, so don't think you will only have them for one project. This die is one of my favorites, and I have made several cards with it.

These were on my Christmas list! I fell in love with them when Kristina Werner used them, but when I swatched them in person????? they were so much more stunning. I was planning on buying black watercolor eventually but... I think I need to go buy some soon! I might have swooned a little at that splattering with the watercolor. It really shows off the shine in the paints!

I love this card and the watercolors I like the black cardstock.

That was a fun video. Love the metallic watercolors but not ever certain what I want to do with them. I’ve done striped backgrounds for cards that turned out nice. I need to play with them. Loved the splatters.

Fun card for the new year! Love that you add liquid glue to your adhesive strips. I have been passing that tip on to many stampers!

Love your "love your guts" card - so much color and so much shine. Receiving it would definitely make someone think you loved all of them and not just their guts. Great usage of the sparkle watercolors & good call on changing to the gold metallic, it was made for this card.

Cathy! You can file the tip of your Teflon bone folder to fix the tip! You can use a craft knife to shave it down a little and then use a little sanding block and boom! Just like new!

Beautiful pan! It’ll be a cold day in, we’ll, I’ll never be able to get these after checking out the price and you have some really generous friends! I’ve been looking at metallic paints for quite a while. But I have plenty of other things to use and try so no biggie. Have fun!
