It is also what most of the lyrics of their songs are about, reaching the top by themselves (that's why in the anime they don't have a producer and hence the ribality with RAS) not giving up and always moving forward when you get to know Roselia a little deeper is when you start to feel what she really means

sakuragawa megu (the drummer) when the band was being formed for the series she accepted the role of the drummer and that meant having to play the instrument but she had no experience when she accepted, this was the first time they had performed FIRE BIRD in I live and it was a great challenge for her (just like Ringing Bloom) and I loved seeing the great performance she had when interpreting this song PD: 2:56 Roselia's vocalist, those moments where she screams, she feels all the power and emotion, she does it in many songs, so I also recommend that you see "R"

Bang Dream project was start in 2015 and is a mix-media project. It is unique that they are all voice actor but were asked to play band in real(Poppin' Party is the first real band but they play pop music. So maybe you would not interest in them but they are the genesis of Bang Dream). So that's why you can see some information about anime in their video because their main job is voice actor. In fact, all the members of Roselia had no experience or had little experience about the instrument and they had their first live in 2017. For some reason, the bass and keyboard of Roselia has changed... So if you have found their live in 2017 and 2018, you might see the other two members who had left the band now. And that's why some Roselia fans said there are 12 members in Roselia(5 characters in anime and 7 members in real).

@@taianchen5344 The ones who really had experience with their instrument are Akesaka Satomi (former keyboardist who had to leave the band due to a health problem) Kanon Shizaki who is 12 years old with the keyboard and Nakashima Yuki who played bass since high school, the rest had no experience with the instrument before Roselia, even Yurika Endo (former bassist who left due to health problems) also started playing bass when she was part of Roselia

All their songs are epic ngl Aina Aiba (Aiai) the voclaist was actually a pro wrestler, she now does voice work but she want to go back to pro wrestling Edit: The lyrics are about rising up agian like a fire bird/Phoenix

If I remember, these lives performances are not pre-recorded and they are actually played by the seiyuus(voice actors for the game characters). As far as I know in the bang dream franchise, the bands that can play their instruments live are Roselia, Poppin'Party, Raise a Suilen, and Morfonica(The other bands in this franchise only voices and sings the songs with their music done by studio musicians). However, if you listen to their( Roselia, Poppin'Party, Raise a Suilen, and Morfonica) singles or albums, the music is done by studio musicians(so slightly higher quality). I'd recommend listening to Raise a Suilen's song called EXPOSE 'Burn out!!!'

so for context in case anyone doesnt know, this is a band from an anime/rhythm game series, so these are all anime voice actresses who also know their instruments. its pretty impressive honestly. they’re singing pretty much about being resilient, moving forward, being free, overall its a really pretty song. and these are all the exact instruments their characters play!

The meaning of the Fire Bird song has a broad meaning and can be developed with different perceptions, such as the Fire Bird (Phoenix) in mythological legends, or a bird trying to escape from its cage in order to gain freedom, and it can also be a bonding / encouraging or carrier meaning, and burning hope...

I'm a big bandori fan, and I totally recommend checking out morfonica! They're a new band in the franchise, and their band is set apart from the others because they have a violinist instead of a keyboardist. The lead singer, Amane, is only 15 I believe. Daylight is my favourite song by them.

It's nice to see more people appreciating bang dream's music, haha! i'm in a band (we're dutch too :0) and we like covering anime songs, especially the ones from bang dream, they're really fun to play even if fire bird is a tough challenge :)

I love Fire Bird... the meaning of the song is basically follow your dreams and soar to the sky like a Fire Bird (Basically a Phoenix). Roselia's songs usually have some strong wholesome meaning behind their metal song. However, their best song is probably something like R, where everyone in the band has a solo. Also I agree, they should have an orchestra as a backing. Bushiroad when?!?

Roselia is such a talented band both in the anime and in real life, I would definitely reccomend you should listen to Zeal of Proud, ONENESS, and Blessing Chord all really amazing songs from them!

The lyrics are mostly a dedication from Roselia to Poppin' Party (another band from the anime) encouraging them to "fly" without hesitation towards their dream; more or less, they point their passion for music is really burning up like a phoenix would, that's why the title.

Live performance is best only if you are present at the event and studio quality recording is best to listen to when you want to grasp the song. Each instruments stands out including the vocals, been a fan of Bang Dreams just recently. My favorite band right now is "Afterglow" with a J-rock appeal. I play bass but not to the level where I can play Afterglow songs perfectly.

This was randomly recommend to me, and as a massive fan of Roselia I was very excited to see someone’s reaction to this beautiful song. The vocals and instrumentation for this song is one of Roselia’s best. Aina Aiba’s vocals shine in here while also showing just how much all the girls have grown with their instruments. It’s also interesting to me because the bassist and keyboardist for this band haven’t had as much time with the band as the other members have had, since they joined the group as successors to the original members. The synergy the band has, along with the raw power they carry themselves with is what attracts me to Roselia over the other bands. And the song’s story element also fascinates me. As a song introduced as an anime original song, it is meant as a letter from Roselia to Poppin Party, the band that has always been the Yang to Roselia’s ying. From what I’ve gathered the song isn’t only about taking flight but about a Phoenix who always rises back up even when they fall. A very fitting message for both Roselia, a group who despite having immense talent, in game have also gone through a few hardships, and Poppin Party, a group who continues to grow despite not being the most professional group around. Really hopping we can get more of these reactions because I am hooked.

literal goosebumps, the drumming part is apparently really hard that most drummers can't do it because of slowing down the pedal and all that, Roselia comes from this game called bandori (bang dream) which is a rhythm game that features other bands like Afterglow, RAS, Morfonica, etc and it shows the collabs and the events with the other bands, like the songs at the end are part of the other bands
