Fun fact: Capa said he's been dreaming of that melody at the beginning of the song, one night when he was on holiday in Scotland in 2018. He woke up, recorded a voice memo humming it, and went back to sleep. Afterward, he became obsessed with this melody. He also said this is the song he cares the most about in the whole album, and was very difficult to write the lyrics and the music.

Beautiful song, it's so deep, delicate and intimate. Every time I listen to it I am moved. It is Death that speaks of the many names that people have given her, but the name she prefers is "La Certa" (the certain / sure) because the only true certainty of life is death, and thanks to this certainty the men's life has a purpose they seek to achieve. I knew that he also produced the beats of the previous two albums (museica and prisoner 709) but got helped by a producer in L.A. about the mixing part. Exuvia is his first "completely home made" album (he only recorded and worked on it in his home town)

Yeah It s a Giuseppe Verdi opera. "Va pensiero" means "thought goes". The translation "you think about" doesn't underline the wordplay. In italian, that line sounds like "it's towards me that your thoughts go more than towards the sky of Nabucco"

Whereas the only hint of it in English is the fact that it says "goddess", most words in Italian are gendered, and in this song they're all gendered female.
