@ulvn Is that so? I might have a proposal for you. Would you like to collaborate on some projects? I've been getting to writing some material for the past 8 months, but I only have a bass and an audio interface, so once I get a guitar (hopefully somtime in late september, that's when the summer job money rolls in) I'd get to writing more stuff. I write mostly black metal stuff but am open to a more doom type sound as well, since I like atmospheric black metal. If you're interested my email adress is machmichal35@gmail.com so let me know, we can talk details then.

I did enjoy this film as well. It's less about Metal, and more about the motivations, and interactions (with an emphasis on dysfunction) between people... with music as a somewhat heavy-handed backdrop. I thought it held up pretty well as a character driven film. Something tells me this movie is way less goofy than the Lords Of Chaos adaptation is gonna be.

the movie was honestly amazing. I do enjoy it. it's how she's finds her ways to express the music along the path of her brother death plus left her tons of metal gears. it was a intresting plot movie how she's first got into black metal etc plus how she's trys to fit in by her well so call person doesn't understand but in the end she meets these guys who's metalhead as well their music. but I do need to re-watch it cause their some I didn't understood it too well like at the end of the movie they were cleaning out a room and she had on megadeth the parents n her sing n dance
Funny movie review! you did a great job and your review was awesome man \m/
I've watched this film like 50 times already... it's SO good!
the movie was easily forgettable for me when I watched it a long time ago, but you gave me a fresh perspective on the depth I didn't pay attention to. good job. the ending was perfect.
When they replay the song (Let's call it "Flesh and Blood"), slowly and with clean vocals, it kind of reminds me bands like Alcest, Lyrkur, Sylvaine, all this Post-Black Metal stuff, (that actually drive me to sleep) that is HUGE!!
I watch metalhead after this video and It was awesome
Anyone else notice Hera's actress smack her head at the end? Haha.
love that you did the handstand kick on the bed just like the mom did in the movie
I really liked what you said about how people deal with pain and ways to face problems... The film itself it´s in my opinion not only about metal but I also think it shows a common ground for many metalheads. Many of us but not all, have experienced things way too traumatic and that has effects on how we see life, music, politics, personal relationships and anything else. I would love if more people would see this film, to be honest. It´s a film that makes people think a bit (if people are just a bit clever...).
