The chanting "korosu" is Japanese. It means "kill". Queen of the Murder Scene is the title track of a concept album where the main character loses her grip on reality and begins committing bloodshed. The whole album is fantastic.

QOTMS is in my opinion, one of the best concept albums ever written. And they did it when they were teens, incredible.

They mentioned in a recent live chat that they plan on doing one large production show a year, they will be headlining their largest venue ever in Oct and have hired the same production team as this show for that one. Its at the pepsi center in Mexico city. Capacity 7,500 and very few tickets left,

If you haven’t yet added seeing TW live to your bucket list, You Need To!!! Speaking of blowing up, the ladies will be performing two tracks (More & Evolve) tomorrow night at the VMA’s. Their part was recorded Friday night but it appears they’ll be there for the live show.

Dany has a way of singing with such power and range but can turn that grit in her voice whenever she needs to. She does tbe same for thier entersandman cover they do at this same concert. She puts tbe james hetfield growl in her voice. Also you should do the whole concert. From the first note its amazing.

if you haven't seen this song at their Lunario concert when they played it in public for the first time, you should check it out... the song is also the title song of their QOTMS concept album they created when they were all teenagers... when they presented the album in concert at Lunario, they were in character... especially Dany and she even added some additional "makeup" for her character depicting scratches on her hand and neck... QOTMS tells the story of a girl that was in love with someone that didn't even know she existed... how her good and bad sides fight for control on a journey down a deep, dark, and gruesome path... the album is best experienced in order from the first song, *Dust to Dust* , to the last song, *The End (Stars Never Fade)* ... for the the entire QOTMS album concert, i like Lunario because it was the first time it was presented... these days they play a few songs from QOTMS along with numerous of their others from other albums and singles... TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA

Dany got the guitar from Lzzy Hale during a concert at a festival.

This song is actually a part of two much bigger concerts. Originally, it was debuted in 2018 at the Lunario CDMX, where they performed their concept album by the same the name, in full. And of course this performance is a part of the Teatro Metropolitan CDMX concert. For any one who doesn't know, CDMX means Ciudad de Mexico, or Mexico City. Yes, this song has made a full circle!

Hey John, you should do a live stream here on KZread of the Teatro concert, but give everyone notice at least a week in advance. A live stream done by one reactor of their Lunario concert, where they did their entire "Queen Of The Murder Scene" concept album had like 500 viewers and it was a blast. They gave a couple of weeks' notice and The Warning Army showed up en masse. I'm sure if you do it for the Teatro concert we will show up for you, I know I will. They did theirs on a Sunday afternoon, but It doesn't matter what day, or what time you do it, if The Warning Army knows about it, we will show up.

They will be huge. If they don’t get that big hit or giant break, doesn’t matter. With their work ethic and ability to write good song after good song, they will be just fine taking the scenic route to mega stardom.

I love that she's using the guitar here that Lzzy Hale came on stage and gave her when The Warning opened for Halestorm. This was the song they were about to perform when Lzzy shocked Dany with the gift of *her own* guitar. There's an interview video out there where Lzzy talks about it. It's a pretty damned cool pay it forward story.

A brilliant moment indeed. However, not her own guitar - but one she got made for Dany, stringed and tuned to her song. With clandestine help from the Warning tech crew to pull it off. The whole story including how Lzzy Hale had a guitar gifted to her under similar circumstances is a thing of beauty.

Danny’s screams on the backing track at the end send chills down my spine. The recorded her for the demo and kept them because the were so good!

I’ve long thought that QOTMS is their heaviest song. This performance seals it. Dany’s voice is sick!

I've watched this particular performance countless times, and every time at the end I'm left shaking my head in wonder at the sheer brilliance of this trio. I was fortunate enough to see them live in London last week, and I can't wait until I get the chance to see them again!

Your favorite TW song is the last one you listened to, they say... And while that has some truth to it, there are songs that always are at the top of my list of favorites, like Z, Evolve, Enter Sandman, Crimson Queen, and Revenant. And then there's this song. A suggestion: do a reaction with two videos; first react to DISCIPLE Official music video. Then react to DISCIPLE the live version from this same concert (Teatro Metropolitan CDMX….which is the Metropolitan Theater in Mexico City). This will truly give you a sense of how great their music videos are…and how they are even better Live! Disciple is a BANGER with an awesome bass intro and some serious drumming

Here's an example of the band using a prerecorded track. Usually, it's more subtle than it is here. Note that there's an organ sound that comes out of nowhere. Nobody's at a keyboard. Another example is in Dust to Dust where a male voice comes in saying something in Spanish. That is their manager Rudy's voice but I don't think he does it in person for every show. Then there's the distortion sound that opens More which doesn't come from anyone on stage.

The ladies have never shied away from using backing tracks saying they use them subtlety to enhance a performance and never to replace a performance and there has been many instances where the backing tracks have failed with no impact on the performance or quality of the show

Pau has a gear rundown video where she very openly describes how she runs the backing and click tracks off a Macbook next to her - you can see it clearly in a lot of the clips also.

Queen of the Murder Scene is halloween music. I have no proof, either doubts.

Enjoyed your take on it. It's heavy but it's also fun and kind of hilarious. They say there is nowhere more dangerous than inside the mind of a teenage girl. They wrote the whole concept album 'way back when' and the music holds up but the angst does too!

Just thought, who played the keyboard backing track in the studio???

The sound of the explorer guitar on Enter sandman sounded just fine but on this particular song / solo , i wasn't that impressed to be honest and much better heard when Dany played the matt black manson guitar at Lunario , in comparison .

Another family metal band is Liliac. They’ve been playing for a while, and they just keep getting better.

I’ve not looked at them for a while, meaning about a year. Time to revisit to see what they’re up to. Often takes me a while to get into bands properly. It was similar with TW. I did buy XXI when it was released and liked it, but I didn’t REALLY get into them until QOTMS. That then caused me to get more into XXI.
