I am amazed at how well Woosung performed yesterday knowing that he was singing while having the hiccups. I didn't even know it was possible. I love the Rose!

Happy to see someone commenting on Dojoon's voice. Usually Woosung gets all the attention because of how unique his voice is but I personally love Dojoon so that was great to hear.

Woosung was coughing and having hiccup issues right before this performance 😅 they were live on instagram right before they went on stage... he sounds a little under the weather.. I've seen them live and will be seeing them again in October they are amazing live!

Their imperfection is what makes them perfect! Just like the rose itself, it wouldn't be such a beautiful flower without its thorns! And so they are!

Had the pleasure of seeing them live in Sydney Australia before they got huge - concert was smaller and intimate - the charisma of this group is what really gets you. Their performance was beautiful and had me in tears several times - long live THE ROSE 🌹

I'm pretty much a recent Black Rose as well, first heard about Woosung 'cos my fave song in "D-Day" was "Snooze". Fell down The Rose rabbithole from then on. Not sure if you watched the entire set they played for the Life Is Beautiful Festival in Las Vegas over the weekend. I could tell in some parts, there might have been issues with the sound, 'cos Woosung and Dojoon looked like they had some problems with their in-ear monitors at one point or another. Then when they were singing "Yes", and it was Jaehyeong and Hajoon's turn to fill in for James Reid's vocal parts, Jaehyeong's mic sounded a little too soft, and Hajoon's mic wasn't even working at all. Woosung's voice wasn't in the best condition that day, he had hiccups and was coughing during their live. I was crossing my fingers that his voice wouldn't break during their set, and it didn't, but there were times when he sounded better than he did that day. Hopefully, Woosung will get enough rest to have his voice in better condition at their next gig. Touring isn't the easiest thing.

I LOVE this live, and the official video is just the best! I can't wait until I can see them in concert, I enjoy the vibes from a good audience!

Love that you love watching everything The Rose lol! I'm still going to throw out there their cover of LANY's ILYSB from a KBS stage. It's such a simple and sweet performance but I honestly love it more than the original xD Anyway! Can't wait to see which song you're going to react to next by The Rose! Take care ✌

I'll second that. That performance was amazing!

They had some technical issues at the beginning cause they couldn't do a soundcheck before the schedule!! Woosung had to stop the performance for them to have a quick 3min soundcheck 😅 I loved their performance on the LMAC, they had no problems there but no livestream 😢 I only got to see some sip of it trough some Black Roses fancam 😍

Say what!!! I do love his vibe when he performance.

They went live before this performance, if this is the Vegas one. Woosung had hiccups. They have on the same clothes from the live. He was asking us how to get rid of them. We were all laughing and he was trying different things. I see them Oct 24th and can't wait.

My husband is a musician as well and we have been fortunate enough to see them live twice, 3 years apart. He is not into k rock, but we love The Rose. Both concerts were fantastic, what they played is what we heard. But what makes it better than the albums is all the instrumental solos, battle of the guitars, and getting to hear all four members sing their solo music.

I just saw them live on Friday and they were excellent! Just such great performers. This song got the biggest audience reaction overall, I think because it's so high energy + the lyrics are super catchy and easy for people to sing along.

They are underrated. Love them too😊

Yesterday Amsterdam....and yes it's amazing how this sounds live, just found out of this band, thx to Suga, immediately booked the tickets...what a great band.. also they have artistic freedom....have their own label.....so again also this like BTS have nothing to do with K-pop....one of the best concerts to go to...67 years old...Still into new great music...

When Woosung’s voice cracks unexpectedly, he drops f bombs like they’re sprinkles 😂 there’s a short I’ve seen on here where Dojoon didn’t check the tuning on the guitar (he hit a flat/natural/sharp simultaneously) and Woosung gave him crap on stage “guess who didn’t tune the f-ing guitar”. I can’t wait to see them in a couple weeks!

Love The Rose! Have you listened to / watched Korean female rock band, Rolling Quartz? I discovered them a couple of days ago and feel they would be up your alley. The song, Fearless is their most recent, I think.

Hajoon's laptop is definitely more than a click track... you can actually see his laptop screen in the following video and at Hyde Park recently the wind blew Hajoon's laptop shut and cut the music off completely: kzread.info/dash/bejne/aGlplLKxmLrPms4.html From what I've seen in fancams of live events and in person, the backing track is typically any instruments they aren't playing live with live instrument and the vocal track volume lowered significantly... to fill in for mistakes or missed lines.

You gotta listen to other lives from The Rose as Sammy's voice is typically strong but this particular performance it seems he was under the weather and performing. Regardless they are amazing!

I follow a few bands. BTS, Stray Kids, TXT, TheRose, OnlyOneOf, and Ateez. Woosung is a great vocalist. I honestly think his voice and its uniqueness is best displayed in Suga's snooze. Wow.

They have done so much in this last past year or so... Releasing Heal and touring, and this summer so many festivals and now releasing Dual and already starting a new tour without stopping getting to festivals around the world... I would think that his voice, their voices are so tired. I don't know how it works but to me it seems too much

@alifc1082, they surely have had a very busy year. I saw them last year in NYC , small venue & this year they will be in Madison Square Gardens. I’m hoping to see them again. Just like last year their concert is a few days after Enhypen which I already have a ticket.

I feel like the newer songs don't translate as good to live or maybe it's because they haven't been able to practice as much as the older songs BUT the rest of the set was so good. Just my own opinion though.
