This quick disconnect terminal tool was designed and built by PTS in 2005. The tool has stamped approximately 750,000 parts. Notice the through hole is coined on both edges to remove any sharp edges/burrs. Also, we chamfer each edge of the blade end to aid in inserting into the mating component. PTS also stamps the mating components, and the videos are also on KZread.

I worked at a place that had Smartpacks 2 (automation controller) on their main presses and the engineers NEVER used them to their advantage when designing tools. I guess they just kind of assumed they were for the operators/setup advantage. Glad to see someone isn't scared to use their head.

It's so slow?! and why is your stroke so large? This could easily run at 400-500 SPM.

because the press. If it were a bruderer youd be spraying parts out at 500-600spm.
