Question: Is it possible at the end of each sheet , to have a flat part of around 300mm.Then cut it off and then bend that 300mm up or down. This idea is for inbuilt flashing for a lean to against a house or shed.????

We got bought our latest Jorns in 2018, we chose between that and the VARIOBEND., the VARIOBEND was more expensive and would only fold up to 2mm Galv where as the Jorns folds up to 3mm for us, the Jorns machines are very popular with UK manufacturers, Where did you get your roll former from? 👍

@@GrandRoofingInc I operate a similar machine mine is bigger I run about 18,000 foot in 8 hours. but you need arm guards and gloves, I cringed when you ran the machine with that guy next to it filming, I have seen way to many people get sent to the hospital from that.
