Let's get enough likes for him to take notice. He did mention that he is an unbashful capitalist plus most Xmas songs and hymms are open source thus no royalties. I think Dan is ready to place his spin on the classics. His 200 videos have honed his singing orchestration and arrangements skills. HE knows how to tell a story and take us on a journey thru his craft. The album would become an instant classic.

And this is my favorite Christmas hymn, I sang it a lot in the choirs I was in, while I was in school, and in Church. Only I did it as a soprano. Wow, I had to learn how to soar like a peregrine falcon! Dan does a marvelous alto version. With metal growl! 😊

Dan has "been on the path" since he was born. He and his brother Davi were brought up to worship and praise the Lord, and they continue to do so. There are many songs that he sings that will attest to this fact. One of them is very special. It's called "For All." Give it a listen, and don't turn off the outro.

I'm a 69 year old woman. I was never a fan of heavy metal music. I came across him when I was searching for singers singing "Amazing Grace". I immediately played his version, and I'm glad I did. Wow. What a beautiful voice. Thank you, Dan for having such a beautiful voice to sing hymns with such love and strength.

I think people underestimate how good someones voice has to be to sing heavy metal. This just shows you the sheer power of his voice. Just like the sound of silence by Disturbed another truly amazing voice.

I have never heard "O Holy Night" sung with such power and conviction.

You do wonders for Hymns. You put such feeling and movements into these. I could listen to you all night. God Bless You and your family.

I am not particularly into metal, I am really not into gospel, but WOW! I just listened to this and Amazing Grace and I LOVE them both. I think I may have to listen to everything he's recorded now!

In one word: it's epic.

I have listened to this many times, and many of the reaction videos. I think many of the reaction videos are missing how exquisite this is. First, in fine tradition he shows off his great fine voice in the first verse. Building to the second where the full power of his voice admonishes us to fall on our knees. Sounds more like a command than a suggest. Then, devolving into a terrifying metal growl calls out the dark side in all of us that even that part of us must praise his holy name forever. Then the powerful climax, a song of joy and triumph. Christ was born! Thank you! And Kudos!

I've never been a heavy metal kind of person but this guy is amazing! His range is unbelievable! I'm 76 yrs old and am absolutely obessed with Dan Vasc! Sings traditional songs like no one ever has, Amazing Grace, wow, it's the best, brings tears to my eyes and chills to my body! Beautiful!!
