The counseling sessions they paid for were paid forward by the people that used them. This went on for 8 months, and hundreds of people were able to get that much-needed help. I saw them in concert back in May in Chicago and it was amazing. I got to meet them before the concert and they are incredibly kind and humble. The crowd packed in toward the stage and there was no room to move once it started, until it finished. THE best concert I've been to, ever. I cannot wait to see what they do next. As for you, I would love to see you react to their song Yaad. Jayant's vocals are absolutely beautiful, and the message pulls hard on the heartstrings.

For me, this song literally saved my life. In 2018, because of how I am a chronic depressive and insomniac, I was having a very dark time. At the time, I was highly considering taking my own life -- and right when I needed it, this song found me. The lyrics hit me like a fully-loaded Mack truck at 100 mph+ -- and I sat and bawled my eyes out, letting it all out. It was one of the hardest, yet most cathartic, experiences of my life. As a result of this song, I began reading comments on this video, and on reactions to this video, and let me tell you: There is something hopeful about realizing that you don't fight alone. So I realized my struggles could help others live. As such, my own battles became easier, because in my mind, I could begin pointing to how I was helping others sap the self-doubt to the demons that they fight within. Since that time, I have spoken to I don't know how many people, and many have told me that me telling my story helped them, because of the message of encouragement and hope I give. Because I can, and do, say to those struggling: "I know where you are, because I've fought in the dark myself. I know what fighting the thoughts and demons in your head is like. And I can tell you that you are not alone. That you don't ever fight alone. And if nothing else, I care that you keep fighting and living, because I refuse to leave anyone behind. I will not leave you, even if everyone else does." And so many struggle, and all they want is hope. Is to know they aren't alone. And the gratitude I have received is... immeasurable, because helping others, helps me. And I have this song to thank for making me realize that despite my own life, I could still help others, even if they are a complete stranger.

Have you heard of Ren yet? Check out his music. The traditional starting point would probably be "hi Ren" followed by "sick boi" He's an amazing musician who speaks out about his medical and mental health struggles, his friends committing suixide, and just puirs everything out with a very positive, caring spin.

Bloodywood are one of the reasons I created a lyric book for songs because on the CD album they print the lyrics in Hindi / English in such small print that I couldn't read it so I had to find them on the interwebs and make my own eBook of lyrics.

This is my favorite Bloodywood song. At concerts, a lot of fans will bare their arms and show their "Jee Veerey" tattoos as a thank you to the band. I know this song has helped me when I have bouts with depression. Karan Katiyar is the one who plays guitar and flute and Jayant Bhadula is the one who is singing in the river.

The phrase "13 reasons for you to go away" refers to the book, _13 Reasons Why,_ which deals with the fallout from a teenager's suicide. In the story, she sends messages out on cassettes to the 13 people she felt were most responsible for her suicide.

I don't think he was assigning personal guilt, but a failure of society as a whole to understand and treat people with mental illness. I am probably wrong though as I have not heard anything on his statement to prove my or your point.
