Usually the growling and guttural vocals are the breaking point, some absolutely love 'em, some people just can't handle 'em. Other than that, a lot of people do like the music. Kid at 2:10 is not lying.

@@akson7937 В общем-то да, так и есть. У Doom Eternal стиль и геймплей был взят от игр 90-х и начала нулевых. Когда игры были реально играми, в которые нужно именно играть, и получать кайф от самого геймплея. Поэтому там нет всякого рода хоррор составляющих, которые дум 2016 года унаследовала от третей части, а также какой никакой, но реалистичности картинки и происходящего. Некоторым это не зашло, но я, напротив, рад, что разрабы решили вернулись к истокам и сделали олдовый арена шутер в современной обëртке. Я не считаю, что эти игры нужно сравнивать, ибо каждая хороша в своем. Нужно просто играть и получать удовольствие от обоих игр.

Slavic nations (and for the most part all of Europe) is like that. Coming from the US and seeing that was quite a culture shock for me, lol. Granted, it doesn't apply to all of the US, but you know something is going on over in Europe when American guys go there and suddenly notice the overabundance of beauty in the region

It warms my heart how the small girls plug their ears and keep on moving but the small boys cant pass by without busting a move

I love watching the children the most because no matter what is played, it shows we have a human need for music. They move instinctually and us adults need to remember and reconnect with that.

Video game music has overtaken mainstream by far, it saddens me that so many people haven't been exposed to so many great soundtracks. Doom, final fantasy and so much more.

You'll appreciate this, I took some music classes in college, such as intro to music, and history of rock, where we would go over the history, research the music, ext. At the end of these classes (who had the same professor), I talked to my professor about videogame soundtracks. She was actually very interested in them before, and I think even more when I talked about how they can affect the emotions of the gamer. However, she also mentioned she had trouble finding this music in the past. So one of my last classes of the year, I went and made a copy of everything I had, and handed it to her. Granted this was over 10 years ago, and it was still young. It included Battlefield 2142, Auto Assault (a hidden gem by the way), Portal, Team Fortress 2, Half-Life 2 (and the Episodes), Zelda ... and some more I can't remember. Now if I were to give her my collection today, it would be probably 10x the size. I have a rather large collection, even more of it on Vinyl too. I am now getting easily 1 - 3 videogame soundtracks ever 1 - 2 months it seems (I watch about 7 sites now for soundtracks)

@@Ange1ofD4rkness that's pretty badass. Great to hear the recognition. Pretty much every final fantasy sound track is masterpiece worthy, especially final fantasy 7 and onwards. Also last of us. Nobuo Uematsu and Masayoshi Soken are easily two of the best composers out there if you ever want some great projects.

Sometimes its all you need. I'm not usually one for the "core" style - I like some but not everything - but because this has no vocals my theory is that they have to make the music more interesting. I could listen to this style for quite a while.

Apparently, someone jamming out to BFG Division on what I presume to be the streets of Russia is not an unusual thing…
