How did you punch while running if you had your handgun equiped?

You need to play with a member of your Fob staff to have the 'Savage' skill.

@@Cozonac3000I farmed soooo many soldiers in this game that by the time I had 500hrs into it my whole base was A++ or higher. I had a female soldier with higher stats in all categories than Venom and I ran her around in the boss suit just knocking out entire bases one punch at a time.
