If you want to dive into this live Aurora journey headfirst.....''Aurora - Full Performance (Live on KEXP)''..**the 10 million views one**...is my favorite live set of hers, I've watched it atleast 10 times all the way through, such an awesome Indie/rock feel to it and she shows so much emotion in it, a must watch!

Great performance by the young Aurora, the guitarist here is Odd Martin, he was part of the band for many years, now Fredrik Vogsborg is her main guitarist who you saw in the STOK live performance. In the early years, as an introvert, she immersed herself in her music to deal with her anxiety performing. It took her hundreds of performances to become comfortable doing it. Now, she loves it and if she has room, she dances her heart out. You should check out some live concert performances of this song. Thanks

@@8equalsd_ofw Yes, she was brave, you are right, being an introvert made crowds and crowds wanting to hug her difficult for her. Although she is not shy, she is quirky and she is funny and has no filter. She is a beautiful beacon of hope for many things, hope she inspires and motivates you to be all you want to be.

Aurora's personality has fascinated me from the first time I saw her live and I would suggest that you watch one of the documentaries about her. I am happy when I find new people truly admiring Aurora, her music is like a cure for the soul in many people's lives. Yea. amazing version and there are many great version of this song. And she is amazing live, although I especially love these from first part of career. In that time she was shy and with such movements (it is connected with emotions and feeling of music). Now she is more confident on concerts etc. I also prefer a little more her younger voice. Anyway she is amazing live (now and earlier) and also very creative with her music. And it is true about heavier sounds and this band - she told about in many times :)

You're right, she does change up the song each time she performs it, depending on her mood, and even the mood of the audience (when there is one). Which is a stark contrast to how she is in the studio, where she's known as very much a perfectionist, looking to create the song exactly as she thinks it should be forever. "Nature Boy" from this same set is absolutely gorgeous!

BTW, she adapted this song (made a new version with different lyrics) for the excellent animated film, "Wolfwalkers," where it was used for the pivotal scene in the movie.

You are correct. That's Odd Marten on the guitar, and on the drums is Magnus, who helps produce and write most of her music. Unfortunately Magnus doesn't tour with her anymore.

Yes, watching this singing lady performing her songs in the moment is a real pleasure. I see you already get her. There aren't very many live versions of this song. I imagine it's one of the harder songs to sing. I can only think of one other live version of this song, and it was for the NPR Tiny Desk concert.

.. I think you ( male) should start to pay more attention to the women beside you - she is looking at you all the time,and you just … on. - and Aurora would probably be more interested in her - she is saying that the silence one is the most interesting ( hate when man says “ I want to marry her” - like it’s up to them to decide 😡)
