Your excitement about this herb is very contagious Dr Been and Dr Marik. I will be sharing this with my son and best friend who are both diabetic. I have other health issues that this might be able to help with barring any contradictions. Both of you are amazing Doctors. Much love, appreciation and respect.

I started the keto diet, and 6 weeks later had blood work. My lipid panel was great. Total cholesterol was 135. HGA1c was 5.6. Although I have never had a diagnosis of diabetes I believe I was on my way to becoming diabetic. I think this helped me get my energy back after having covid.

I have several questions for Dr. Marik and Dr. Been. What would be the dosage for ivermectin to treat fatty liver in humans? I already take it weekly as a prophylactic against covid. Is it ok to take berberine on an empty stomach or does it have to taken with food? Is cheese on your foods to eat list? Thank you for taking time to answer my questions. This video gives me lots of hope.

For those unable to obtain Metformin (dimethylbiguanide), they may be interested to know that this drug is a synthetic version of ‘guanide’ which was first discovered and identified in the herb French Lilac (Galega officinalis). Can be obtained online or grown in the garden. It tastes OK as a tincture which also has the benefit of being less likely to cause nausea than tablets. Just like Metformin it can depilate vit B12.

With covid/vaccines, it's very hard to point where the dammage happened and where to treat. Liver, pancreas, diabetes/tolerance, heart dammage. All of those might lead to long covid type symptoms. For me, the 2nd shot threw my health to garbage and can't seem to point to anything with blood tests and some scans/xrays. Then you get to autoimmune diseases, which are all related. So many people around me gained weight, including me which is very unusual and is not due to diet. Will try Berberine to my evergrowing list of supplements but as I live in Canada, can't get ivermectin.

What dosage of ivermectin should someone use? Also what dose of berberine should one use? I have searched for the best ivermectin dosages for inflammation but can’t find anything since the who doesn’t recommend it for swelling (arthritis).
