Even if they don’t win the Leagues Cup, Miami has way overachieved in the tournament. They were one of the worst teams in MLS and now a complete contender. Watch out !!

They need a solid center back. All the conceded goals were the defense’s fault, and while Busquets is trying his best, they need someone the team can depend on and cover their goalkeeper during an attack.

Agree. Miami's defence is terrible. New experienced defender is the must...otherwise, Messi will suffer.

I don't know, make a list of all the defenders in Europe who were able to stopped him, add the national teams defenders as well.

Of course since this is still the last team in the MLS but playing with the best player in the world. They are beatable but we shouldn’t decrease what they did so far when another team will beat Inter Miami

If they can find a way to be more solid defensively, they could have a good shot at Leagues Cup. Atm, Miami concede too many goals and just look to Messi to make up the difference. It will bite them in the butt eventually.

Miami is not even a team yet, that takes time. Of course they can be beaten. But Messi as team captain, i will not bet against them.

Do no worry about Miami. The 3 just got in. Give them time and you will see Miami turn into a full champions league team and then those who trash talk (hamburger league etc)will stay in absolute silence. Good news: the MLS will level up as well and the USA national team will be way stronger in some years!

If they get Ramos, who’s desperate to come to inter Miami right now, there’s no doubt that inter Miami will win the leagues cup.

I give this tournament a 6/10 they need to have games in Mexico as well to be taken serious. The games are hardly getting filled up. Every Mexican team is flying every 3 days with no home games. Refs have been bad the whole time. The coverage on Apple TV though has been amazing.

Heath and Jimmy are right about defending being a lost art. There are some crazy mistakes beyond own goals happening. My only guess is the focus on fullbacks as attackers and pressing. I think a middle ground will have to be found.

Carolina any good? I don’t see them beating Miami at home.

I’m a die hard Messi fan, but some Dallas players were dishonest, not the entire team though. I watched the header (OG) and missed penalty over and over again, I have no doubt that’s a deliberate header and penalty was a deliberate miss. They want to write a Hollywood script for Messi and US football. Not trying to take anything from Messi, the goals were magical as usual. I’m sure he has no clue what’s going on behind the curtain

He knows that there's no angle for him to score the free kick so has to use his environment(there was a Dallas FC traffic in the line)so has to play it over there for someone to head it in. I don't think you watch football a lot, you would see some great players kicking balls away and the header, is when someone don't want their opponent get the better of them, these things do happen, wake up to the reality a win is just a win
