Can we just take a second to admire how accepting this guy is of criticism? In every comment I’ve seen so far talking about what they disliked, he seems to be very nice about it. I love when people can accept that not everyone will like their work, and take into consideration what they can do to improve!

@@diedredunham7383 did you know pearls are made by Sands by the clams did you know the clams pick up sound and roll around but it hurts them and then it turned into a pearl in their mouth

Message in a bottle would be cool too!

Some people are saying the blue next to the clear looks odd, but personally I like it. While it might have looked better with more of a gradient, it allows you to see the sand and shells at the bottom better. I have seen quite a few resin projects where they either do all blue, or blue at the bottom and clear at the top, and it makes it hard to see whatever is inside it. Very cool though

I wish you'd covered the entire bottom with the sand. It doesn't really look like the ocean with just a circle of it.

Thanks for the feedback. I actually did that for a trial run but I didn't think it looked as good. I also tried regular beach sand, but it turned too dark in the resin.

Hmm, then maybe a bigger circle of sand? Or a not quite to the edges square? My opinion is just that if the bottom isn't completely covered it reminds me of a fish tank. But it is still cool.

I actually really like the circle, makes it feel more like a complete little piece to me rather than a slice of ocean 🤷‍♀️

I prefer the slice of ocean version because then I can imagine myself in the water.

ive seen people mix out gradients with a few layers of slightly more dye each time to make the transition between clear to blue look natural

Really nice, good work I would have gone with a gradient effect on the resin so it wouldn’t have been that hard edge but that’s me.

I hate to say I was falling asleep watching this on the couch, the music was so relaxing I literally melted into unconsciousness, woke up and watched this awesome video in full ♡

So pretty . Definitely going to try this project as a gift for a family member who is obsessed with nautical themed decor .

This was incredible! I exchanged the blue dye with red, and added small dragon bones to the bottom of a black sand drop, and instead of a message in a bottle exchanged it for a mini pirate ship. Nephew absolutely loves it! Keep up the good work

Amazing video as alwaxs . when you create sea form pattern, you drop clear UV resin into surface. We call it "Umi nuri"! umi means sea and nuri means paint lol . That's popular way in my country . UV resin is really popular than epoxy resin . we make pretty accessories with UV resin.
