Hi everyone Today's video is just a little message that Chef Tou wanted to make to give thanks for all of your support and encouragement in helping us to reach 10,000 Subs. She's actually a very shy person so this is a big thing for her to put herself out there.
But we really appreciate all your help.
We couldn't do it without you and we wouldn't want to do it without you.
As with all Asian cooking this is a rough guide with regards to amounts, adjust for your own taste and spice tolerance.
If you want to make it spicier then toast birds eye chillies instead of large sweet chilli.

    That's great, congrats on the milestone. Been loving all the recipes and tips to make my cooking better, it's definitely helped and is much appreciated. Now if only I was in the UK and not 15,000km away it'd be a great pleasure to visit the restaurant. 🦘
