She came out singing. She has Tons of fans. We love her. Welcome to Angelina’s world. She is so confident and relaxed. She says she’s never nervous.

I know you’re relatively new to Angelina. You mentioned the texture, the rasp, and the passion in her voice. There’s no bad way to choose what to listen to next, but you’ve watched young Angelina-and she is phenomenal. Now she just turned 16, and her voice and her delivery has matured. I cannot say she’s better, because her early songs completely captivate me. But the texture and passion have been turned up. You should give yourself a treat and watch her now. Two suggestions: her completely original jazzy cover of Billie Jean is uniquely Angelina. I can’t imagine any singer trying to cover her incredible version. Just recently, her cover of Adele’s Easy on Me will show you that texture and passion like no one else can do. It’s a vocalist completely in control and singing so freely and passionately.

Rosie was mistaken, no 8 year old girl sings like her. Their is a video of her doing Whitney at 1 1/2 years old with a mic 1/2 her size. Notice Rosie brings these gifts and Angelina hugs her first before even looking at the gift. Very respectful. When you watch Norway's Got Talent 2014 at 7 and 8 years old, I suggest you do all 4 songs, in order with CC, then you can see her progression. About 10 minutes long. Many reactors have done it this way and it works well.

There may be other singers, alive or dead, that have or had a greater talent, but I can't think of one. She has just turned 16, what more music can she bring us over the next decades? She really is a phenomenon!

Your are precious - I hope you react to many, many more performances by Angelina Jordan (my favorite singer in the whole world so far in my whole life of 73 years) - best to you.

I truly love Angelina Jordan Astar. All of her performances on Norway Got Talent are well worth watching, as are her performances on America's Got Talent:The Champions. You really do need to react to her entire run on _Norway's Got Talent_ [Norske Talenter]. The best video to start with is called "Angelina Jordan - Gloomy Sunday audition - Norway's Got Talent- english subtitles", posted to the Song and Heart channel. It contains all the relevant pre- and post-song stuff (backstage footage & mini-interview, judges' comments) with English subtitles in the video image itself (as opposed to using YT's "CC" feature).

If you go down the Angelina rabbit hole you better buckle up girl, cause you're going on a journey.

Yes, as amazing as it is to hear an 8 year old sing like that, when I stop and think that not only is she 8, "She is 8 years old, in a foreign country, answering questions in front of an audience on TV and singing in a language that is not her birth language." I've seen her sing this hundreds of times, but as is normal, I was wiping tears from my eyes yet again. Yes, I think you should watch her performances on Norway's Got Talent, but be sure to look for the videos with the on screen subtitles so you know just what the judges and her are saying.

Isn't she fantastic? When she sings there is so much going on. She sang this as if she was an accomplished artist with 20-30 years experience I know you feel her presence in your heart, there's a lot more going on, isn't there? I've seen this video hundreds of times and I never tire of it (in fact, I never tire of any of her video's) and while I was smiling watching your reaction I couldn't help but think about how she may influence so many people in the world in just a few short years. In what way, you ask? That love in one's heart is the most important attribute a person can have. To love his or her neighbor and to be the best they can be as human beings. I believe one day the people of the world will decide the way they want to go and put pressure (nothing violent) on their respective governments to get closer and closer to one another and to have a united global harmony for the good of mankind. Oh, there might be a bump on the road on the way to such a glorious moment but I'm an optimist and I believe the goodness in our hearts will prevail and there will come a time when all of us will be identified as human beings from the planet Earth. You ask, where does Angelina fit into all of this? Well, she's already starting to lay the building blocks down to begin the long process by spreading the love in her heart to everyone who will listen to her sing. Sarah, when she sings for us, she not only gives us so much joy listening to her but she also touches our hearts. And, Sarah, she HASN'T BEEN OFFICIALLY MARKETED YET TO THE WORLD! Apart from Angelinas vocal talent, I am always amazed at how calm and unaffected she is to sing in front of hundreds, and thousands of people, and on TV. I would be quaking in my boots. Angelina has said that she never gets nervous and in fact feels totally at home and at ease on stage.

Thank you! If you haven't seen it yet, a fun video is her at 6 in her school's recording studio. Also, the part of her audition for Norway's got talent where she sings her song acapella. It's hard to believe that she's still a young girl....she's @ 6ft. tall for a few years now.

The contrast between her timid and shy beginning when intorduced to when the mic is put in front of her says it all. Singing is like breathing for her.

You mentioned you need to see Norway's Got Talent. I would recommend you do what some other reactors have done in the past. There are four performances. Perhaps do all of them in one video. Start with gloomy Sunday, her audition. Next I'm a fool to want you. Next bang bang. Next summer time which is the final. To close it out, the video of her being announced the winner. A few of these have subtitle videos so be sure to choose those. You will be thrilled. She begins at 7 years old and when she wins she had turned eight. On another note, your reaction was stellar. In addition, you have helped the artist by supplying links to the video and the official Channel. The reality is that most viewers do not go there on their own. Just as your channel requires promotion for likes comments and subscriptions, so does that of the artist. Please recommend to your viewers that they like and comment on the original video And subscribe to the official channel of the artist. It will certainly help to advance their careers. Of course you can do this in conjunction with promotion of your own channel. Thank you so much for what you do.

Captivated from the first note, my ears then my brain recognizes her voice as warm, rich and inviting. Her voice reaches to hug my soul, while my spirit is taken on a journey the song was written to tell. Angelina as a person, is humble, shy (except when it comes to her music) and filled with empathy. I am truly honored to be able to do whatever I can to support and promote my all time favorite musical artist, Angelina Jordan Astar. Sarah I encourage you to find your own creative way of boosting Angelina's analytics and the same should be done for any other aspiring artist you react to. Here are some suggestions. I would like to post a few facts, ideas and suggestions to help music reaction channels grow, while also boosting the analytics for the artist at the same time. Viewers of reaction videos should also read this as they hopefully will learn something. #1. The vast majority of viewers are already fans of the artist. #2. What is the best approach to pleasing those fans so they will give the video a like and post a comment and consider subscribing to your channel? #3. NEVER ASSUME viewers already know things. Always a great idea to educate people on how things work. Educate them on how to support their favorite artists on KZread while at the same time educating them on how to best support your channel. #4. Imagine being able to honestly say to your viewers, that by supporting the artist more than you promote your own channel has likely resulted in their favorite artist gaining more subscribers and has boosted their over all analytics. Any true fan will love that approach and be far more likely to give you a like, leave a comment and subscribe to your channel. #5. Encourage viewers to post comments. Viewers may not know the comments are filled with awesome information about the performance and artist. Posting a comment is also a great way to interact with the reactor as well as other fans of the artist. #6. KZread is all about the analytics to grow your channel. Have you considered the same is true for the artists' channel? Record companies certainly pay close attention to the analytics for the artists they have signed or may be considering signing. Viewers want their favorite artists to succeed. Providing links in the description for the original video and to the artists' KZread channel is great but each reactor can help the artist succeed by verbally encouraging viewers to use those links to subscribe to the artists' channel and to watch, like and comment on all of their videos. #7. I am gathering data to learn if it is better to post multiple reactions to an artist on a given day or not. The early results indicate it is best to only post one reaction per day for a given artist. Reaction channels which seem to get the most views have at least a few days between reactions for a given artist. #8. Please reply with any questions or comments. Your input can only help each artist, grow your channel and a better overall KZread experience. Message #ideas-supporting-artists

Hi Sarah - it IS real - and you lucky woman, I think that you are just at the beginning of your Angelina Jordan journey. You are learning about a young girl, today a teenager just aged sixteen, who is growing to become one of the greatest and most versatile vocalists I have ever seen - but then, I am only 68 years old and from a musical family. Great idea for you to see her Norway's got talent performances next - all recorded when she was only seven, although the last two shows were aired after her eighth birthday. "Gloomy Sunday" from Billie Holliday; "Bang, Bang" by Nancy Sinatra; and Gershwin's "Summertime" which won her the final. After that, only 140 videos to go, many covers which she performed to her arrangement, as good or better than the original artists, plus a few excellent original songs of her own.

There is an internet rumor, Madonna characterized her as "scary". When she won AGT basically the whole music industry was trying to sign her, frantically waving with big bags of money. Lucky for her, her familiy had enough sense (and money) to decline.

It is such a fun performance and also the interaction with the host is great. It is really wonderful to watch it! Angelina sang this song on several moments in her life. It is also nice to compare this for instance with the rehearsal preparing for Quincy Jones' birthday party. A different arrangement, a full orchestra vs just a guitar, a different singing style and many other interesting differences! Thanks for this reaction! If you want to see other early performance, her 4 performances at Norway got talent are a lot of fun and her indoor performance of 'Feeling good' is amazing as well. You could also check out some originals such as Million Miles and 7th Heaven. Or check out more recent covers such as Mercy, Easy on me, When you believe, Heal the world, Billy Jean and Yesterday. You are 100% correct. Angelina was born to sing. Actually Angelina was born singing.
