same thoughts exactly no way you can even throw a party or have people over in your backyard with how close everything is. Seems like a big afterthought.

The patio seems tight to move around and the house is tooooo close to other houses for comfort but aside from that it's beautiful

Being in a master planned community it is expected to be close to your neighbors. But at this price point I would want some separation. Also, the mail person that drops off your mail can look through the huge windows to see the whole house. Zero privacy and a security issue. Nice home with some great upgrades.

We are in the process of building a home, so I have been watching a lot of videos. You are the best and do the best job of explaining the home. Thank you. Love it that you talk and don't have loud obnoxious music playing in the background. You point out many things I wouldn't notice.

The one thing I personally don't like is that most of the things we saw doesn't include in the base price.

7:12 I'm really feeling that sitting area right above the pool. You can imagine chilling with a good book and a glass of wine, working on your laptop or just kicking with a honey dip. If that little area lights up at night I bet it looks even more dope. Nice creative designing!

Read my other comment. I see many responses like this one here in which people talk about the neighbors. If you change your theme, stop talking so much, and make the video more enjoyable, people will watch over and over again, share and subscribe. Keep their mind occupied with the idea, the fantasy, of living there. Do that and they won’t think about the neighbors, etc....

Damn the upgrades cost more than the house? And I thought that buggering 40 to 50% of the home price was crazy.

Love Toll Brothers homes they're very stylish and beautiful but the downside is they're too close for comfort when it comes to distance of other homes, it seems privacy is sacrificed to own a toll brothers home not to mention small pools at times, this home is beautiful but again too close to other houses

The open kitchen looks very big and beautiful. But it is impractical because when you cook the food the whole house will be full of the taste of the food.

you need to pay a “lot premium” for a home with more space also most people have a shrub wall for this reason

It’s a pretty home but I hated the exterior (the stucco), I didn’t like the upstairs layout & the neighbors homes were too close (need higher walls).

Again no roof play area? I say that because the lot is so tiny. Onto you could have a permanent gazebo, gas grill for cooking, fire fire pit etc. a place to enjoy a larger size party of family or friends with a stunning view
