What I really really like about this version ist that it doesn't feel rushed even tough it's fast. The pianist got so much control over the music and it shows. He doesn't force it so that even the forte passages seem kind of weightless to me.

I'm rlly late to this, but the fact that the piece is in 3/4 time helps the Waltz-y, dance feeling. I completely agree :>

Their hands move so gently yet so quickly. It's really amazing. I admire piano players for their dedication to the instrument because I know it can be frustrating to learn a piece from experience. This sounded wonderful thank you for giving us such a great performance :)

This is actually insanely impressive. Adding this many embellishments while keeping the melody clear and the sound balanced is really hard.

This song describes my life right now i believe, very calming but enjoyable and lovely. I've come to the realization that we all make mistakes and not everyone is perfect but that shouldn't hinder us from living a life worth living. I absolutely love how smoothly and gracefully their fingers move across the keys in a fluid motion of a nostalgic dreamy dance of their own, the image of a butterfly in my mind adding to what seems like the butterfly effect 🤧🤧🤚

Just practice everyday for 3 hours for 2 years and you will make it or maybe you learn faster so you will be able to play this piece after a year for sure :) good luck!!

@@oguzuke6958 It's definitely not an easy piece, wouldn't recommend it if you're just starting out. But if you do really want to learn it, go very slow, if you try to go at tempo the first time you might injure yourself (if you feel any tension in your arm while playing a part, immediately stop and retake it slowly and carefully)! A measure at a time, perfect the hands separately before you put them together and then you can higher the tempo bit by bit. It'll take some time but you'll get there eventually :D If you need any help with the fingering or any technical issues you can always ask me or watch how he does it in the video :)

@@oguzuke6958 You can definitely learn this as a first, just bear it will be frustrating. Start slow, speed up, do hand exercises. Fun instrument to play though, try a bit of everything to get the hang of it.

OMGGG I LOVE HOWLES MOVING CATSLE. MY SISTER SHOWED ME THIS WHEN I WAS TEN AND I BECAME IN LOVE WITH IT. Howel's moving castle will never die, and it is the best Love story ever made. It makes me so happy when i watch it again.

This was a stunning performance i‘m playing the piano myself and you brought your own style and feelings into this. I really got goosebumps :) For me this was the best Cover of holws moving Castle i‘ve listened to. sorry for my bad english

now, i learned the whole song. yes it was hard. but now that i look at it, i learned the whole piece (different version from this) in 3 weeks and it took extra 2 weeks of cleaning up. (about 5-7 hours every single day, i have a lot of free time) and looking more into it, it’s not the hard if you’re repetitive and you spend most of your days on it. i learned another version of this over the weekend (that tiktok cover if yk). i guess the hardest part is finger numbers.

the song has an easy tempo so it shouldn’t be to hard to get the feel but it’s just ab dexterity making this piece easy for master intermediate for semi good players and impossible for beginners

since I was little I wanted to learn piano but my parents couldn't afford piano lessons and bought me a piano, so I really like listening to someone play the piano, this video is the best piano playing I've ever watched!

Each time i listen to this ,i still remember how it felt to want to play the piano more and more and yet my regret still haunts me since i never told my parents that i wanted to learn how to play the piano and i still want to. Listening to this just makes me want to dance in a ballroom much more than i could.

I gave myself the opportunity to hear this piece quietly while eyes closed, and imagine myself. I just felt the ups and downs of a specific merry go round I rode while being a kid. I felt a warm breeze, a sunny day, a joyful one.

just me on my bed staring on the ceiling, with never ending smiles while my eyes closed all the time. this man played with his soul, i can imagine howl dance gracefully with sophie in the air and slowly moving down to grass fields, winds following their rhythms, with cherry blossom petals falling at the background. aah~ life must be good if i am sophie..

i have 0 piano knowledge, no piano classes and i started teaching myself last year and this is the first song that i practiced , watched a tutorial (kinda simplified version but close to the original) , and now i can play it well

Whaaaaaaa :ooooo such high level technique and arrangement. Especially the 3-4 hand technique is incredible, you still manage to sing out the beautiful melody on top of that. Amazing

I watched this as my second anime ever about a week ago (the first being spirited away). I cried in both and cant get this theme out of my head. Both are beautiful. Im going to watch princess mononoke soon once i finish Nausica. Oh i almost forgot...your version is the best ive heard

It's better if you read the Nausicaa manga instead,it's more complete,in the anime Nausicaa,a lot of the details were cut out

if you’re still watching ghibli films, i’d highly recommend castle in the sky! it gives off that same sense of adventure and mystery howl’s moving castle and to an extent spirited away has, while still being its own thing.

Best interpretation ever

This is the best performance on KZread by far. It's controlled, the extra details and melodies have no mistakes and go perfect with the original melody. It's powerful when need be and presents in a fantastical way. Truly the best on KZread in my opinion. Bravo!

Underviewed performance! I've watched all the vids of this song and this one is the best. If this is your own arrangement then double bravo. The tempo and articulation in your performance is spot on!

I love to listen to this song and think of how the notes go up and down like a merry go round and how life is going to have many ups and downs like a merry go rournd and were all riding

This piece makes me feels relax, comfortable and clear my mind.

I have a semi-weighted digital piano - every time I see a proper weighted piano I get a little jealous ;) Look at those keys bounce!
