Thank you! The consistency of icing is affected only by the amount of water. The glycerin gives a softer bite and the syrup adds shine and extends the shelf life of the icing.

Wondering why on the gift cookie you started out piping several green lines then piping the white ones in between. Then you went on to do each line back and forth. Why not do all the green then all the white? Any reason?

I am having trouble with my icing it is getting so hard after it drys that with in 2 or 3 days it's like a brick its not thick its flooding fine . It's after it's all completely dry. I don't understand it 🤷♀️
