The number one question we get is "how did you get the orbeez out of the pool?"
Here is the simple answer: We used a couple of butterfly nets to pull them all out and then we used them on another video when we jumped with them on the trampoline • Video
We start off with a time lapse of the orbeez expanding in a tub of water. it takes about 3.5 hours for the orbeez to expand. Then we take the orbeez to the apartment pool and dump them in. Elizabeth puts on her mermaid tail and swims around. This time of year it was very cold water (about 75 degrees Fahrenheit or 24 degrees Celsius) so we only did about 30 minutes of swimming before Elizabeth got too cold to swim anymore. Isaac wanted to go all day. The orbeez are semi-buoyant and so they tended to linger when you stir them up. Elizabeth and Isaac loved swimming through them and trying to catch them. they brought a net with them this time so we were able to scoop them up and take them home. The next video we upload will be of them jumping on the trampoline with the orbeez. over all it was a lot of fun.
