Best Mermaid Day Ever 1008
There is no better way to start a best day ever than a quick motorcycle ride with Adley!! We are all heading to the lake lot for some family fun and because I know a way there using only back roads, Adley and I are safely going to ride the Ryker! We throw on our helmets and head out! We get there and meet up with Jenny and Baby Niko Bear and we jump in the water. We brought Jenny’s Paddle board so we all take turns riding it. Adley and her friend Andi use it more as a diving board to jump into the water!! Adley also transforms into a mermaid with a big green fin and has to escape the sharks!
While we’re there, we see that Kevin (KEVIN!!) is working on our lot so we go take a quick tour and see an amazing new sandbox that he made custom out of an old boat. This place is really going to be like a second back yard!! I can’t wait to play on it with the kids. Pretend play, real play, all the plays!!
We then head home so that Niko can get a nap, but the family keeps playing. We play our favorite Frisbee game “Can Jam” and we watch Adley and her friends play with bean bags. Adley’s throwing routine is something everyone HAS to see!! We say goodbye to our friends and go get Niko cause we’re having a movie night! We’re going to watch Disney’s Aladdin. While we wait for the movie to start, Adley and I pick out some candy to eat and we come up with a new game of seeing how many people Adley can impressionate while drinking water! She cracks me up!
