INGREDIENTS
✔️MOIST VANILLA CAKE
▫️4 egg whites
▫️ 120g sugar
▫️ Lemon juice (a few drops)
▫️ 4 yolks
▫️ Vanilla extract
▫️120 g flour 0000/ all use
▫️1 pinch of salt
▫️1 tsp baking powder
▫️ 20 ml of neutral oil (sunflower or corn)
▫️ 20 ml of regular milk
✔️DRY MERINGUE DISCS
▫️ 160g egg whites
▫️ 160g sugar
▫️ 160 g powdered sugar
▫️ Lemon juice (a few drops)
▫️ 20g cornstarch
✔️ CHANTILLY CREAM
▫️ 350 g whipping cream
▫️ 150 g common or impalpable sugar
▫️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✔️ ITALIAN MERINGUE
▫️ 120g egg whites
▫️ 240 g common sugar
▫️ Water 1/4 glass
▫️ Lemon juice on (a few drops)
