Freddie Noviello is the charismatic king of cold cuts and Italian eats, with a big personality rivaled only by the enormous portions he and his family are serving.

Freddie makes a great sandwich and they're very generous with the portions , you won't be disappointed !
If your in Eastie and your hungry and looking for a place to grab a bite to eat that home style Italian food,,,, Look no more,,,, "MERIDIAN MARKET" is definitely the go-to place!!!!! Their food sells itself, unbeatable FLAVOR!!! The best lunch time menu that you'll find in the entire city... They have been in Eastie for over 50yrs a reason!!!

It used to be the second best chicken parm sub around Boston. Unfortunately the family that ran victors in Somerville closed up shop, so I'll be coming here more often. Long live meridian market. Their arancini is awesome too.

Very true.
Looks real good but i giggled when he said 420lbs a week. Place down the street from me here in Ny called My Hero does 450 to 500 lbs of cutlet a day.
