if your car is a C Class NTG 4.5, You can install a 12.3" android screen, you will get the CarPlay and android auto functions, also you will get the mirror link function.
Note:
if the oem radio interface no aux menu, you need use the built-in Activate the aux menu, otherwise you can not get the android sound.

    I have a C250 2013, When I change it to AUX it doesnt play any sound from ZLINK, if I leave as Bluetooth and change it in Spotify, I can control Spotify though ZLink and play it, but I always have to change to MB Bluetooth. When it is in AUX, no sound is played at all.

    As long as your OEM interface has an AUX menu. Android audio can enter the OEM radio through the ISO wiring harness. You can see how to connect without an AMI within the Amazon product description.

    Not necessary, as the motherboard inside the Android screen already has the CANBUS protocol built in.
