To get sound do u need to use the AUX in the glowbox? Since the aux in my glowbow is so low input sound. And do u guys know how i can get the aux to sound the same as the radio?

does it use the gps antenna which is already in the car or does have its own gps antenna cause my antenna seems to be broken. So the the navigation might not work?

So quick question. My install went great and everything works amazing including the rearview camera i got with the screen.. Just have a few questions I hope you can answer. 1) What is the microphone cable for? Obviously I know it's for a mic but what would be the reason for me to attach a mic to that cord if the Android screen has a built in mic already? Can't I already use voice control with google without it since the screen has built in mic or is the mic required for that feature? Or am I mistaken on the screen having a built in mic. Doesn't the car already have a mic in it? Or when the product says it has built in mic is it actually referring to the mic that can be attached to that cable? 2) Can I have 2 sim cards with the same number. I was thinking of putting a sim card in the Android unit so that I do not have to keep having to use my phone as a hot spot. Is there a way around this. I was thinking of buying a data only sim but if I can have 2 sim cards with the same number I wouldn't have to.

​@@ohyeahnahui6803 I pulled out all the foams and everything in the back and it took me 8hrs but I got it to go in. It is VERY hard. The cables had to push all to the right, bend the right way, organized whatever I could and just cross your fingers. It's incredibly difficult and a huge pain. Good luck man

Hi Johnny, according to your information, seems like the issue is from your original radio head unit. However, our new system will provide you with the capability of Bluetooth phone call and music, Built-in wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. That one may be a better alternative than getting a new original head unit.

HI Tye, There have 2 card slots on the right side of the unit, one is for the SD card, and another one is for the SIM card. Once you insert the sim card, you will have to reset the unit, so the system can recognize the sim.

Hi The AUX wires is builtin from the main harness of the original radio. You do not need to run an extra AUX cable for this system. Thanks.

Hi You can hold the app and there is a tiny cross sign show on the upper right corner of the app. Click on that and it will uninstall the app.

Thanks for the install instructions. I just completed the installation and am having one problem. The reverse/backup camera feature doesn't work. When I put the car in reverse and the android screen is already booted up, absolutely nothing happens. I need to go to the NTG menu to see the back up camera and it works fine there. Any ideas?

@@diogomarques200 Hi Diogo, this system already support the reverse camera. You do not need to run the wire all the way to the reverse light and add a relay. This system comes with a separate camera power output and it gather the reverse signal from the canbus, so you do not need to run the wire to get the reverse signal.
