Mercedes Sprinter Camper - Kitchen Worktop
How to scribe and install a Kitchen Worktop in our Camper Van conversion. This worktop is for our Kitchen unit we are building in a Mercedes Sprinter Camper Van.
We are using 28mm Bamboo worktop by Kit+Kaboodle Kitchens purchased from Homebase UK.
The original worktop measure 2200mm x 600mm and we cut and shape it to fit our Camper Van.

Seriously impressed with the detail of explanation you go into your videos Greg. Your channel has the most concise van build videos I have seen online. Thank you!
Greg if you ever get tired of KZread you could make a living narrating audiobooks, I find your voice so soothing haha

Hi! Watched a bunch of your videos today - you are amazing. Such talent and fine demeanor - a pleasure to learn from you. Thanks!
Simply brilliant Greg
"I always like to leave all my screws with the slot in the vertical position and they all look nice and neat."
I'm stunned by the professional standard of this conversion - and inspired by the thought that it might not be impossible to get a similar result by using the vast number of techniques and tips you've shared so freely. A huge thanks to you, Greg. 👍

Another great video Greg. What everyone wants now is the grand reveal of the completed van in its full glory!
I'm sure people are still watching this series as it's a great resource. Couple of points on cutting worktops. Firstly be aware that downcut blades will produce a bit of chatter so make sure you apply a bit more pressure than with a standard upcut blade.
Looking fantastic Gregory 💪💪💪💪
Quite satisfying watching the work top getting the polish rolled on.
When you're an expert, it's all you need to be. I love these videos, they have a calmness and a simplicity you just don't find. It's amazing and unique. It's just all Greg.
Nice work Greg. Looks great.
Saturday morning coffee and a new Greg Virgoe video- no better way to start the day. Ready to hit the tool bench now.
Congratulations Greg, brilliant job! Has been such a pleasure watching your craftsmanship over these past months. Looking forward to a final reveal video. Hope you have great times in Europe, you deserve it!!!
I think it goes without saying, but this is the best van build series on YT. Well done Greg for the quality of video and explanations. I laughed at the old school comment regarding the kitchen top. “I cut 2 or 3 foot of the end leaving 1400mm”. Totally understand the dimensions without a second thought. Well done mate. Cheers Dave
