with 3 locking diffs this is one of the only off roaders in the world that is truly 4 wheel drive. even the defender only has a locking central diff

i really love the way the camera is placed in the driver seat position. the massive under-steer is the reason i still love me a porsche cayenne. Please do a review of the Cayenne Turbo with the camera in the same position on a twisty road as well....nice Job guys

The best SUV on earth.. its speak by it self..Amazing SUV.

My dad had the old G wagen and it was one of the best cars we've ever had, go anywhere, unbridled presence, felt like you could go to war in it, absoloutely loved it. But I see what he means, not sure I like what it has become, a 140k drug dealer / A list transporter.

Maybe custom factory installed marbled interiors as an option....outdoors, a green. black, cream marbling might look nice and you could even go with part marbled and part solid color for the interior.....

I have a G550 and if you drive at 8/10ths instead of 10/10ths it's actually pretty fun. Don't expect a solid axle off roader to handle like an X5M or Porsche Cayenne.

Once in a while i see one on those and it's looks like a tank with that boxy look, like it can conquer any obstacle and it probably can. I have a 96 Jeep ZJ with the same boxy look although not as aggressive and that M, if i could afford it i would have one just to marvel at it, how is it in TRUE offroad circumstances?

A great video and have watched many times, however why berate, Mr.Metcalfe over it's inability to carve through corners..? Ladder chassis, 2.5 tonne weight?? What did you think/expect? Just looking forward to your review over the Toyota GT86 and why it doesn't do off roading all that well...

Everybody's got a Range Rover Sport, an X6 or Cayenne Turbo. But FEW people will have a G-wagon. And it's not that bad, especially with the new interior and gearbox. I love the way it looks !

there is no v12 version of this ive searched all over, theres only the g550 and g63 on all mercedes websites.!!!!
